Superior Air Services performed routine maintenance service on my furnace, found a couple issues and took care of them the same day. He even drained my hot water tank for me, a job I was dreading! They are my go to electricians. I have had others out in the past but stopped doing that once Varsity Electric completed our first of multiple electric projects. I have had them do light fixture replacements, troubleshooting and repairs, adding outdoor electrical and replace all outlet receptacles in the house and bringing them up to code. They have always been prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to have electrical work done.

While the cost was comparable to other vendors, I had some extra electrical work to do. The electrician with Americool was able to accurately quote the additional work when no other companies would. The ductless system was installed in one day and went very fast. Very professional.

A rather amazing fellow named John Lower is JW Geothermal. I take John to be "one of those guys". Give John a paper clip and he'll build you a shopping center. I was desperate when I went looking for someone to repair or replace our non-functioning central A/C with the historic Pacific Northwest heat dome on the way in late June of 2021. I just got lucky when I got a call from John who said he could be at our place the next day. Most of the other "big" companies were telling me I would have to wait until July. My dear girlfriend is not "heat hardy" to put in mildly and it was a scary deal. I was operating on the bogus assumption that we needed a new unit as the one we have is fairly ancient, an older than dirt Rheem. John arrived on schedule and swung into action. In a matter of maybe 20 minutes (max) he diagnosed the issue (a bum capacitor) and installed a new one that he had in his major pickup truck. John's a big guy with big hands but he works with the skill of a brain surgeon. He saved our bacon for sure. I simply can't recommend this fellow highly enough. Oh, and did I mention that he is a nice guy in the bargain.

Quality Service Oriented Company
We're in the midst of a more extreme Heat Wave and Taylor HVAC is "busting at the seems' BUSY. There were no available appointments for a Tech to come to my home, however, I was transferred to speak to a Tech. (Brett) on the phone and he walked me through programming and troubleshooting an Alert on my Thermostat that got my AC Up & Running.
Very Professional, Friendly, Patient, Helpful, Personable.
They came out last Winter to Troubleshoot, Service and Replace some parts to our Home HVAC system.
We have had such good experience that I signed up for Membership and their Maintenance Program today with Layla (sp?) and am looking forward to doing business with Taylor.

We had to disconnect power to a hot tub and later reconnect. The technician even pulled the old wire and put in new, I didn t even suggest it. He even cut some of the frame too make the cable fit. We asked them to come out one more time to make the fit a little better and they promptly did for no charge. I will use them again definitely.

Electrical technician came to our home on March 30, 2021 to analyze and correct a do-it-yourself installation. Within minutes, had re-installed our new light fixture and had us up and running.
