Juan is a nice guy and does great work. He came right over to give me an estimate. He really knows what he's doing. There was no hesitation when explaining what work needed to be done. I have used Ericks Painting exclusively for the last 5 years because Erick is dependable and does great work. We started with replacing wood siding with Hardy plank and painting the exterior of my home. Erick did such a wonderful job that he and his wife have completed numerous other projects in my home from deck repair, pressure washing and staining to wallpaper removal, interior painting and even removing an exterior door and replacing with siding and drywall. Rod removed some popcorn ceiling and refinished it as well. Not only did he do a great job at the work, but he was prompt, clean, and professional. I am extremely satisfied with the work for the budgeted price for finishing basement. The owner Kenneth Fortner was extremely professional doing his work. All his team are dedicated and punctual. I also hired them for immediate project for my concrete and handrail work also Interior changes.

The project was challenging. A shifting roof load caused an exterior log wall to bulge resulting in serious structural issues. What impressed me about Josiah Robey and Strong Construction was the firm s emphasis on quality repairs. He went the extra mile to diagnose the problems and resolve them. David and Robin replaced the trim around both of my garage doors due to water damage/rot. They used vinyl trim, flashed, caulked, and repainted everything. David also walked around my house with me and pointed out several other areas of concern. He made it clear he was not trying for extra business since he had plenty. He mainly just wanted me to be aware of steps I could take to prevent future headaches and protect my house.

We had to get our home exterior painted and broken gutters fixed, HBN materials did a great job right from estimation to planning and execution. They were very precise and transparent with their numbers as well as the work that needs to go in eliminating any room for ambiguity. Were awesome with their communication and went out of their way to accommodate my schedule request change.
