Why am I a member of communities I didn't join?
There are two reasons for unexpected changes in your community list:

To protect your account, you should change your password. You can do this here: connect.vk.com/account/#/security. If your email is specified in your settings, you should change its password as well. Make sure your account is linked to your current mobile phone number.
You should also scan your computer for malware. You can do this using this scanner: vk.com/av.

- Your account was hacked
