How do I start following a user?
To start following a user, click Add friend or Follow.
You'll see the Follow button if you and the user have no mutual friends, or if they selected Friends of friends under Which friend requests I am notified of in the privacy settings: vk.com/settings?act=privacy.
When a user receives your request, they can either accept it or leave you as a follower.
