I was very happy with the services provided. The owner Vinny is very knowledgeable and responds in a timely manner. Federal Electric installed 14 security cameras indoors and outdoors around a low-rise residential building and connected them to the main DVR unit (which was purchased separately). The installation was not easy because they had to pass conduits through an older 1900s 3-story brick building. They also installed electric outlets for stove vents in a couple of apartments in the same building. Price-wise, they were not cheap, but if you get a quote ahead of time, you'd know how much you're paying. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work, speed and quality of the work completed by Vinny and his crew.

Couldn't get the aux siren to sound even with fresh batteries. Called for and got tech support within 90 minutes but after trying the protocol suggested, siren still didn't sound. Tech said they'd send out a new unit immediately at no charge with a prepaid envelope to send back the defective unit. Completely hassle-free. Very impressive.

The whole process of ordering was super simple and easy. There were a number of different options to choose from cost wise, giving a variation of associated sensors etc. The cost of monitoring is REASONABLE. $15 when other options are $30-$40. The self installation instructions come on a USB drive, which also doubles as a key ring for arming the system. Setting up all the sensors was easy and painless. It is definitely a great product.

Brad is one of the person who really takes pride in his work, company and ensures the customer is happy. I called the company to know if they could have a look at my current home security system and provide me home monitoring services as I did not want to go with big companies like ADT. Jeff, came over and took a look at the existing system and gave me his recommendations. Not even once was there a push for sale or used fear tactics to sell their product( unlike ADT). I felt comfortable going ahead with the upgrade and services. For the monthly monitoring price they provide big companies like ADT will charge easily 20-30 bucks/month more than that. Brad, the owner of the company himself came and installed the upgraded board and replaced most of the existing bad contactors without even once telling that he would be charging more for it. In fact I realized that he replaced the bad ones once I saw them. He made sure everything worked fine. If I had any questions, he is always ready replying back no matter what day or time it is and you can sense that he really wants his customer be happy with his company. I highly recommend him and his company services. If you are in the market for economical, customer centered home security system installs and monitoring services Phoenix is your company. Cheers!

Recent Review: They corresponded with me by E mail, asking the same questions over and over again as different people took over and then, finally, told me they only worked on fife alarms that went with security systems and I should call an electrician. Waited 10 days for that duh advice. Waste of time.

Recent Review: I was searching for a cheaper alternative to home security monitoring. My family and I are on a tight budget, and we could not afford the steep charges from Suddenlink and other local home security providers for their systems. The two things causing the services to be so expensive were: (a) the cost of the monthly phone service we would need, since we don't have home phone service, and (b) the cost of the monitoring itself. We would had to pay about $80 a month, or more with these traditional companies! Thankfully I found NextAlarm after some careful googling. They are a fraction of the price of any of their competitors. Their system appeals to me, because it uses the internet rather than a phone line, saving lots of money. Their monitoring itself (done in the traditional way, with real people in a dispatch office) is also substantially cheaper on top of that. I paid $250 for the home security kit and now I only pay $13.50 per month for the monitoring! Its so cheap that the costs are literally offset entirely by the savings to my homeowner's insurance premium. The support staff at NextAlarm are great. They are so patient, and they will help you with anything related to your system. I have called them numerous times with little questions about this or that, and they are always super nice and knowledgable. They even walk you through how to make changes to your security system, step-by-step, when you want to change delay or change the programs. Please make note of the fact that they do not have a local installer to do the installation. The third-party vendor who offers an and quot;Instal cardand quot; will not be able to install your service in East Texas (they will refund your money once they see where you need the installation). Point being, you will need to hire a local handyman to install the home security system for you. As I already mentioned, I used Stephan du Toit -- (www.facebook.com/professionalhandymanservices). He charged my $60. Besides that little hiccup, NextAlarm is amazing. In summary, I love my service. I hope more people in my area sign up with them. It is such a great deal and they're so great!

Recent Review: Everything went great. I got the system a few days later and started to install it. All the devices were easy to put up all told it took about 45 minutes to get up and running. During the install I set the alarm off and Getsafe called me right away. I like the way it looks in my home and by that I mean I hardly notice it is there. I like being able to control the system from my phone and being able to check on my house with the camera when I am away.

Tried to give several mom and pop alarm companies a chance, but they did not come close to comparing to what this company put together for us. They tossed in a visa card and an extra camera, which blew us away. The other companies had very expensive packages with only minimal equipment.
