They were familiar with the problem, so they didn t waste any time at all. The repairman couldn t have been nicer, and this was a fairly good experience for us. "We started out with a slow drip in the tub of a bathroom. It quickly went from a slow drip to non stop gushing. <br /> We called a plumber, he came out and told us our pressure regulator had gone bad. We were shocked over the amount it was going to cost for repair. He referred us to AUX. We called and they came out the next day. Installed a new pressure regulator and install new shower valve. <br /> The gentleman that came was very professional and courteous.

"Called on Monday and appointment was made for Wednesday. Johnathan called about 15 mns before appointment time to let me know he was headed my way. When he arrived he was very professional and the price was reasonable. I had a warranty with Sears and called them the same time and they gave me a 10 day wait. Forget Sears. Johnathan is the person!

"I had used Service Care previously for a problem that was handled promptly and completely. Yesterday, Scott (technician) came out to work on the same machine for another problem. Scott was at our home off and on all day - until 8 p.m last night trying to fix it. The machine is 23 years old and the problem turned out to be due to failure of wiring that could not be obtained because of the age of the machine. Throughout all of the hours Scott was here, he was polite and did not get aggravated because everything he tried did not work (as I kind of did). He is one of the nicest workmen I've ever come across. Needless to say, I was not charged for any of the services tried yesterday.
