    I spent a lot of time walking in East Memphis during 2020. I was impressed by a painter in the neighborhood. When it was our turn to have the house painted and repaired, I called Aaron Painting. I was not disappointed. The final price came in right on the estimate. The guys who did the painting showed up a few minutes early each day. They got right to work. Each day they did a visual inspection; made a plan; and worked all day. After the first day, I realized I had made a mistake in the color. I decided that I wanted the cedar shingles and the brick to be different colors. Don (the owner) said no problem and got the color I wanted. Don double checked some details with me and kept me apprised of the progress. A week after mostly completing the job they were back to finish up the details, some of which I would have never noticed. (Weather was a factor in not being able to come to the house.) Several of our neighbors have stopped by, asked our painters name and complemented the bold change we made to the house. If it had not been done so well it would not look as great

    CAE Home Improvement, LLC did an excellent job on my home improvement project. Juan Moreno took the time and really listening to what we wanted our screened in patio to look like. He provided a detailed itemized proposal within 24 hours. We actually had another estimate that came in a couple hundred dollars cheaper but that contractor did not provide and itemized estimate for the proposal even when I asked for it. I decided to go with Juan as I knew exactly the materials and paint he intended to use on the job. Juan Moreno did a beautiful job. Our scree patio was completed on time and on budget

    Sebastian and his crew recently replaced some siding and painted exterior trim for us. The work on the siding was done correctly, but the painting is very lousy and sloppy. Its only been over a month and the painting is already starting to peel & chip. He purchased facial boards with the money I gave him for materials and rather than replacing the siding that needed to be replaced, his guys caulked over the imperfections. He then took all the facial boards he purchased with my money with him after the job was finished. I have tried to contact Sebastian multiple times to have it repaired correctly but he will not respond to my calls or texts. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because the siding work was completed correctly

    I utilized this contractor for multiple projects. On the first 2 projects, they were an excellent contractor to work with. They showed up daily and were good at communicating what was happening with the project. The last time I used them was a different story. Communication fell apart. The lead of the project wouldn't show up most days, so the workers didn't know what they were supposed to work on. Sloppy work was done throughout the house, even though most of the payments were made. I have cabinet doors that were added that are crooked and the contractor states it's the fault of the house and framing. The exterior was painted in poor conditions, even though I was told the conditions weren't going to be an issue. The paint is running around the entire exterior. The most frustrating part of all of this is I've contacted the contractor about fixing items that were done wrong. They said they'll come out to fix it and never showed. I cannot say it enough - avoid this contractor

    I called American Home Shield to do a service request for some appliances and after the report was done I was told to allow 24-48 hours for a call or email from the Contractor for an appointment. Two weeks go by and I was to be contacted in 48 hours. I waited and waited , so I called the insurance co and asked if I had a date and they told me to contact the Champs Contractors and gave me the phone number. I called the first time and this very rude male answered and said don’t call us to schedule, we’ll call you, I asked but when Sir. He said we’re off until January 03,2022. I said ok . I called back on January 04,,2022 after New Years and spoke with the same man and I said “ I’m calling again to see if I’m scheduled because I was told by the insurance co that I should be , but I hadn’t heard from you all. This man said they can’t tell you when we’re gonna get to you, they don’t run this company. I said ok so I should schedule with you then right. He said “ I TOLD YOU WE GON CALL YOU WHEN WE READY TO GET YOU SCHEDULED.WE GOT 40 PEOPLE WE GOT YO GET TO” I replied “ you are so very rude and he said angrily what is your name and I said no what is your name. He hung up in my face and then canceled my order for service all because I called to get a service date. RIDICULOUS!!!

    We were very impressed, both by the quality of work, and by the professionalism. They arrived each morning on time. The painting is very crisp and precise, and the trim repairs flawless. They spent several hours going over every inch of their work, touching up things I couldn't even see. I recommend CAE completely, and will use them again in the future
