"Wanted to insure that the lot line was correct as it could have shifted over 150 years. Well it did! Through the survey on one side the believed lot line was off by 5 feet! Yea! Now these guys are seasoned. They view the search for corner point of a lot a treasure hunt. They not only use the latest equipment but their experience. They end up using the corner pins and stone from adjacent properties to find our corner points. They arrived at 8 am and where here working until almost 6 pm. The report and plan diagrams, done by a drafts person will be with us soon. We're very pleased.

"The overall experience went well. Tom and Jeff showed up on the agreed upon date and finished the job in approximately 4-5 hours. Provided stakes at appropriate points along the property and then walked me across the property describing the process and details of interest when the work was finished. Both were quite professional and efficient while performing their work but provided moments of levity as they had to work around construction issues and neighbor encroachments. The lead time for doing the work was ~3 weeks which was a bit longer than I had anticpated but not an issue in the end. Provided two copies of the property plot plan with the house, two sheds, deck, fence and field markers clearly mapped out upon receipt of payment. Price appeared competitive with other local land surveyors and I would hire them again based upon my overall experience.

"It basically started with Darryl coming over and giving me an estimated for what I thought I wanted and ended with something much better. Darryl worked with me to create an area that my family truly enjoys. The concrete patio is stunning. We have gotten so many compliments on it. The excavation of the pool area worked out great. It is an above ground pool but the top of the pool is level with the yard so it looks like an underground pool. The cement skirt poured at the base of the foundation stopped the water problem we had in the cellar for years. This was the best investment I ever made.
