  My wife and I hired MA Design and Construction to complete a significant renovation of the kitchen and most of the bathrooms in our 19th century Victorian home. From concept to completion, MA Design and Construction were absolutely incredible. Marc, Raquel, and the entire team cared deeply about our vision, goals, and budget. They found creative ways to implement our design ideas, adjusted to the inevitable challenges of working on an old home with humor, reassurance, and warmth, and worked tirelessly to preserve the natural beauty of our home. For example, we had a gorgeous, turn-of-the-century custom cabinet built into one of the dining room walls that was coming down. In the middle of demolition, Marc and his team delicately removed the cabinet in one piece rather than allow something so beautiful to be destroyed. You simply don't get that kind of attention and consideration from most contractors! As we neared completion of our project, MA Design and Construction were constantly communicating with us regarding finishing details and ensuring that the work met our hopes and expectations. We are SO incredibly grateful to have selected them for this project and have already recruited them for other projects that we have planned. It's more than a "business" for MA Design and Construction; you feel like they're doing the work for their own family. That's the highest compliment I can give to anyone. I cannot recommend them enough

  I hired MA Design and Construction Co to do my bathroom remodel at the recommendation of a friend who also used them for a bathroom/kitchen remodel, and I would definitely hire them again. Not only did they finish right on schedule, but they understood my desire to stay within budget, and never tried to pressure me to overspend or increase costs. They did not start construction until all of the materials were in hand, or in stock, which made the renovation go even smoother. I also had some plumbing issues arise (old valves that needed replacing) which they were able to replace without adding time to the schedule. Marc, Raquel, and team were great and very responsive. Raquel’s design suggestions were really helpful to me, as I wasn’t 100% sure what would look good in a small bathroom. I would definitely recommend their work

  Geferson did an excellent job installing the new flooring. He also did interior painting throughout my first floor and made storeage in my mud room. His work is excellent. It is not rushed and done right. Geferson has many good suggestions. He is very fussy with all his work. He can do almost any thing

  Mike Bauman and his team (chris and Juan on carpentry, Carlos on electric, Eddie on plaster, and Marco on tile) are the best renovation team we have ever worked with. super high quality construction, reasonable prices and very fair adjustments when necessary due to unexpected conditions or changes in design. the whole team work well together and are just really nice people...important when you are living through a renovation. also very good on timing...they wont take 10 jobs on at once and then leave you waiting...mike is very good at scheduling the subs he work with. we have had bad experiences in the past...this, with mike, is the way it should be. 100% recommendation with no hesitation at all. we love the news spaces mike created (major bathroom expansion/renovation and basement conversion from unfinished to living space

  I had a very positive experience working with Tom Brady Carpentry. I have used them twice, once for some framing work to repair beetle damage and once for a larger job to level my floors in three rooms and install wood floors. Both times, the crews were on time, extremely professional, and did excellent work. Tom is particular about explaining his quote and anything that comes up extra before he changes any aspect of the quote. We found several major surprises under the floor that had to be repaired, and he explained all of the pros and cons of what had to be done. In the end, I still paid very close to the quoted price. He also stands by his work and has said he will come back to resolve any issues I might have. I was very happy with them and would go to them again

  From the minute Tom came to our home to discuss the project it was positive. I was very worried about the project taking 6 months as I had heard many horror stories about kitchen renovations. My house is old and the kitchen hadn't been touched in 50 years. Tom explained to me why those projects took so long and ours would not fall into that category. He was right on the money. Started and finished EXACTLY as promised. There were things that needed to be done that I had never thought of. Tom explained how it would look and why things had to be done a certain way. Again, right on the money. Everything done perfectly. There were modifications that had to be done with cabinets as we had a soil pipe going through the kitchen. Tom made the cosmetic modifications so that you would never know. He also built a soffit which just changed everything. His guys were great. Clean-up perfect. We had a small snafu with the painters, nothing major, but again, Tom makes good on everything. He runs a tight ship. All I can say is use this guy. He does good work!!

  Silmac did a great job. The overall timeline was a little longer than expected but that was entirely due to the slowness of the city permitting department. Once permits were issued, inspections done, etc, Silmac's crew worked quickly and did a great job. We're very happy with the result!

  Bill and his staff were amazing. We had the unfortunate experience with another contractor who took our deposit and did a horrible job. I contacted Bill to come in and fix it. He proposed a two phase option due to the furniture inside where they did one part of the condo first then the other part after. At the last minute we had our hot water tank go and needed to be replaced. This created a schedule conflict with the floors. Bill was quick to offer a solution and work with me. He was not only able to accommodate us but most have had a customer move their appointment around to keep our project within a two week window. He came with samples and didn’t require a deposit until I was satisfied. Never have a heard of that and the amount of work and workers he has a lot to lose. He was fantastic with communication, respectful of the building and all the rules and worked diligently and on time. Project was completed within the time they told me it would be. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUPERIOR EPOXY FLOORING. Bill and crew created a beautiful floor and helped me get out of the nightmare we were in with the past contractor

  We were thrilled to have the support of Mr. Garand and his team in rebuilding our bathroom after is suffered water and sewer damage. They did an excellent job for a very reasonable cost. They recommended materials and supplies which improved both the appearance and functionality of the room. He has a great network of support tradespeople who we were able to call on to work on other parts of the home. Mr. Garand and his team communicated honestly and routinely about what they were doing. They kept the work area clean and well organized. They worked with our schedule as much as possible. And, they helped us find some construction materials at a lower cost and of better quality than we could find on our own thanks to their connections. We plan to bring them back for more renovation

  Along came Richard who provided us with drawings that are computer-generated and easy to modify. He is also familiar with professionals in the area to help us know who to contact. Richard turned it all into “bite-size” pieces. Without his work we’d be trying unsuccessfully for the “whole enchilada!”
