"The plastering job Carlos did on my home was phenomenal, and done at a reasonable price. I had two rooms replastered, both with carpets and built-in wardrobes. I was given a prompt quote and Carlos did such an excellent job of plastering and room preparation, that there was no impact on the wardrobes or carpets. "The crew was in and out in one day. Several small ceilings needed sanding and skim-coating. One room needed its entire ceiling covered with drywall and re-plastered. Some work was also done to repair water damaged ceilings. I feel that they could improve on their customer service. They also skipped a step in one water damaged area that I was most worried about, I'm not confident that the new plaster attaches to the lathe underneath; plasterer said if there's a problem later on he will come back and fix it. They made quite an effort to be neat in their preparation of the rooms.

"It went great. Declan always called and arrived when he said he would. He and two other professionals were able to complete the job in one day. Everyone was personable and professional. They protected the path to the room and surrounding surfaces, and sealed off the room to eliminate the spread of dust. The blueboard was up in no time. They made the much harder work seem easy -- mixing, applying, and smoothing the plaster. The inside corners along the ceiling and between the walls were clean and straight. The outside corners and walls around the windows and doorways were no less impressive. Declan took great care in the transition to the adjacent room that has drywall. I didn't find the need to sand anywhere. *Greatly* appreciated. Quality plaster work is far superior to drywall in both appearance and durability. There's just no comparison. Fine job. Period. Declan is on deck for my next plaster job.
