"My experience working with them was about the best I have EVER had. They called the night before to confirm the appointment. The service technician arrived on time. He was polite. He returned to do the work and sent me a video while i was at work to demonstrate why he was making the repairs. "Perfect experience. Claimed an Angie's List deal for gutter cleaning. Joe called within the hour and got me on their schedule on the same day. Guys arrived promptly and thoroughly cleaned all of our gutters. There is a steep hill on one side of our house which has prevented other gutter cleaning companies from getting to the gutter over that area, but Joe's crew got up on the roof and cleaned that area, too. They cleaned up well afterwards, as well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will definitely have them back in the fall.

"Appointment scheduled, they showed up as promised and cleaned the gutters for a good price, like they have done for several years. I called to report that one downspout was left clogged and gutters were overflowing. They promised to come and fix the issue. Never did. I will likely give them a pass since they have been good for several years, but it's just not good customer service to not follow through with an unhappy customer.

"Omar was referred to me by a neighbor. He is a nice guy and is easy to work with. His crew of 3 did a great job painting the exterior of my home. They worked hard all day, every day, and the job was finished in about 8 business days. Before the primer and two finish coats of paint (which we selected and they purchased as part of the job), this old house needed a fair amount of prep work (scraping and spot priming), replacement of a few sections of decaying wood trim, a few stair treads, etc. All the work was completed as part of the job. The crew cleaned up each day and took care with the property. I am very happy with the work and I recommend Omar and company. ... In general, when hiring any contractor it is important to come to agreement in a written contract that details the full scope of work, the costs, and payment plan.
