"Brahman was more than efficient. The top part of my refrigerator was not getting cold, but the bottom freezer was fine. He responded to my call and came out Immediately. "Went great! They scheduled the appointment quickly, and figured out the problem within the first 5 minutes (a utensil that had dropped into the oven.) The repairman removed the utensil, cleaned the oven and put everything back together. My interaction with Sherman Appliances was so much more efficient than dealing with a large service company trying to handle a warranty. Would highly recommend them and will certainly use them again if the need arises.

"Brian is awesome! Our dryer was not getting hot, so I knew we had to have it checked out. Brian was available to come the same day, which was VERY helpful! (We're in Arlington, and he was at a job nearby in Lexington.) Brian not only cleared out our dryer vent, but also replaced some vent sections, put in a new outside vent fixture for us, AND replaced a heating element, which he had in stock in his truck. "Mike was great. He was courteous and polite. They were suppose to remove the dishwasher as well, but Mike was alone, but he informed me that he will arrange for pickup to remove the old dishwasher on another day. I paid in full for the service which included removal. Thinking in the back of my mind, that they won't come back. (Unfortunately it happens sometimes with other companies). A few days later, Mike and his co-worker came back to pick up the old dishwasher. I would absolutely hire this company again, and recommend it to anyone who needs any repairs.
