"John and his crew were extremely professional. They came when they said the would come and the pools was up and running for the summer. I have worked with a lot of contractors in the past and I have to say JC Pools is the best I've ever worked with. If you are thinking of installing a pool call them first. The pool service team comes and opens the pool as well as closes it in the fall, they do a great job.

"I've never had to pay to open or close my pool so not sure what the general price would be. We needed to hire this year because my husband is in Rehab. and unable to complete the task. They could not add chemicals or vacuum as we had had a recent storm and a lot of debris had entered the pool. I think that they scooped off the top, put new pillows on top, and used our cover to secure it. Both of the workers did a great job and I would definitely use again although not sure give the price.

"United Home Solutions converted my old, dingy bathroom with tub into a more modern one with a shower, I am very pleased with everything. They were very good at being transparent and explaining things to me before we started the job and then continuing to communicate as things came up. The project took a little longer than anticipated, but part of that was due to them pro-actively recognizing when we needed to change the plan. For example, we originally planned to keep the plumbing exactly where it had been, but couldn't do that with the new curb of the shower. They recognized this, let me know and took the time to update the plumbing so it met the need of the newly designed space. In addition, they were very pleasant to work with and when i had questions or concerns addressed them. They also provided guidence when i needed it, but also allowed me space to make my own decisions, and were never pushy. I recommend working with Alessandro and the team at United Home Solutions!

"Excellent. Best decision we have made with 6 grandchildren (under 6) and a dog. Fence provides peace of mind to parents and grandparents. Decision was made final when 1 year old walked towards the inground swimming pool to get a ball that was on the cover. Daughter grabbed child away from the pool. That won't happen again with this.

"It went well. They did a nice job -- left no mess in the yard afterwards (no damage to the existing concrete, etc.). Do get a fixed-price agreed with them upfront. They did charge us for any additional, really small items. If you are on well water, do as they advise and have fresh clean water brought in by truck. Do not heat the pool for 7-10 days after the pool is filled with water as it weakens the finish. <br /> Overall, they did a good job. We'll see in the spring of 2013 if all of the tile remained in place. We'd used the company 10 years ago for just a tile job, and the tiles under the diving board fell out every year. This time they did some repairs to the coping, so hopefully the tile stays in place. <br /> Very nice work crew -- polite, neat and ontime every day. <br />

"Salo and his team did a great job. Salo spent ample time preparing an estimate and was extremely accommodating with all change orders (several). They outbid the other competing bids and provided 30% more finished work than the competition would have at their bids, and hit budget. We were a bit nervous at first because of the size of the job (rip and replace (2) separate stone walls - 38 ft. and 90 ft., rip concrete patio and replace with blue stone). They excavated roughly 1100 sq. ft. of my backyard and removed 800 sq. ft. of concrete to make this project happen. Salo and his team were professional and always answered our questions and made the necessary changes requested. Some finish work (grass) needed attention a month after being fully paid, and Salo and the team came back and fixed everything. We have already referred them to others and will continue to use them ourselves!
