We have been dealing with our oddly shaped master bathroom and small galley kitchen for years and finally decided to hire a professional to create a more functional space We met with a few design-build firms before decided to hire Hometech. Moses & his team were helpful, accommodating and extremely transparent with us. They came up with great suggestions how we could enlarge and open the kitchen as well as extend and redo out master suite to crate “true” his and hers vanity and closets. They were very transparent and explained everything that was needed to be done, answered all of our questions with detail and overly communicated throughout the project. It was really a pleasure working with them. We are so thrilled and happy on the outcome of our remodel in Los Altos

The job you and your team of professionals have done is amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better quality job. Your attention to detail is exceptional and the final product is truly outstanding. We really appreciate the professionalism demonstrated by all of your people, from always being “on the job” when promised, to cleaning up at the end of everyday. Of course, I would be remiss if I failed to mention that the “price was right”. Compared to other bids, you were almost 50% lower than the competition. Timeliness is another big factor. You got the job done in less time that we expected and that included an uncontrollable delay caused by our material dealer, I should also mention how much we appreciate your personal involvement and immediate response to our questions and concerns.     I'm so grateful to have met Yossi from TGI Builders. I had a huge leak in the ceiling of my living room coming down from the balcony. This resulted in damage to my wooden floor and the ceiling. Yossi fixed everything for a much lower price than any other contractor I reached out to. On top of that, he did so with such a quick turnaround and professional care. That made me continue to work with him on the rest of the house, and he delivered even more than what we originally agreed on. Honestly, his added value as a passionate professional is why I would pick him again for my next home improvement tasks

    This company deserves a diamond certification. We were serendipitous in finding Aesthetic Elements Construction after another contractor we hired unfortunately had to back out of our two room, one bathroom addition construction project. AEC didn't simply start complete the project, they rapidly transformed our house into a residence worthy of being featured within the pages of an magazine. The crew (they became more akin to friends after the project was completed) was timely, punctual, and attentive to details that could have been easily missed, and even provided recommendations when we looked blankly at certain areas of the project and said "ohmygodwhatdowedo." The project manager, Alejandra, was readily responsive at every minutae of a request we asked her. She visited the site regularly and oversaw the project with unparalleled professionalism and finesse. The project was finished with amazing alacrity. The occasionaly unforseen circumstances were handled creatively, and at minimal cost. They are flexible in working with your budget as well. I cannot recommend this company more. We intend to use AEC for future project

    We hired HomeTech to do an extensive home remodel in our recently purchased house in Los Altos. They took house down to the studs, reinforced foundation, reconfigured layout and build additional 700sf . This was our first remodel and we were looking for a company who would be willing to take the time to answer our questions and help us from the beginning and through the project. Moses and his team are amazing and we couldn't be happier with our new home! The HomeTech Design Team created a beautiful custom design, helped us choosing all the fixtures and finishes and most importantly , they had lots of patience with our changes and answered all the questions we had. They helped us with permits and of course complete the build of our amazing new home. There are always issues that come up with a remodel or building a house and this is where Moses and his crew really shine. They will help you through any difficulties. HomeTech service is top notch! They really care about the clients. We can't say enough great things about HomeTech! They definitely deliver a quality product at a fair price. Highly recommended

    TRIOND’s team did a great job! The project included several different jobs, which all turned out wonderfully. The scope of interior projects included: a full garage conversion (flooring, painting, building closets); kitchen renovation (repainting cabinets, backsplash tiling, installing floating shelves); and a basement storage room conversion to a bedroom (window installation and permitting, flooring, full room finishing and closet building). The exterior work included: a fence facelift, repainting the entire outdoor deck, and tiling the outdoor patio. The team also tackled the full punch list of items to fix that were noted on the property inspection report as part of my purchase disclosures. The company’s designer and project manager helped me select materials, navigate the San Francisco city permitting process, and communicated in advance on all the budget details. I felt that the team paid attention to details, and I’m happy with the quality of workmanship. I get compliments on the beauty of the house all the time - thank you guys so much! Definitely would work with them again
