HE IS A VERY DEPENDABLE WITH RESPONSIBLE RATES. JOSE HAS GREAT DESIGNS FOR NEW LANDSCAPING. HE MAINTAINS AND SERVICES ON A WEEKLY BASIS. HE FIXES SPRINKLERS, SOD OR SEEDS AS IS REQUIRED BY OWNERS.

He built an eight by ten concrete patio with a top on it and a type of a gazebo. I wanted a lattice around the tree side that he made and he built a wall two and a half feet around my planter and used flagstone with a brick top. The wall is all flagstone, like a retaining wall three quarters way around the back yard and a flagstone path to the patio and he built two arbors and in the front yard and put down bedding so the weeds won't come back. He also put in a redwood bark fender board and it is beautiful, both the front yard and the backyard. Totally happy with all the work they did!

When we bought our house there was ZERO grass in the back yard. A gigantic tree shaded pretty much the entire yard, with help from neighbors' trees, and we weren't sure grass was even an option. Enter Jeff. He coached us on how to prep the soil, how often to water, you name it, and by the time we sold the house, we had a beautiful patch of grass!! It made SUCH a difference- when you looked out our back windows it almost looked like a painting with all the green back there! I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for any type of yard work: landscaping, mowing, whatever. What a gem!

The people that came out were great. The seed hasn't grown any grass yet so I don't have a lot of feedback related to that. It has only been a week but they were professional and knowledgeable. I didn't get any other estimates.

THE FLOWERS IN THE FLOWER GARDEN ARE SO ASTONISHINGLY BEAUTIFUL. THEY ARRANGE MY SPRING FLOWERS AND FALL FLOWERS. THEY PRUNE MY FRUIT TREES. TAKE CARE OF MY FRONT & BACK LAWN. SEED AND FERTILIZE MY LAWN.

Took a long time to get consult with him. Perhaps my fault since did not push him. Then took several more weeks before he was able to do the job. Did a REALLY nice job, though, once he got here.

Eddie came out to my house to give me an estimate for some landscaping that I wanted to get done to the front of my house. Eddie seemed like a nice. I told Eddie what my ideas where and told him im was looking to have a type of grass called Eco lawn seed put down because its very drought resistant. He wasn't familiar with the grass I was talking about. Eddie told me to find the eco lawn seed on the internet and email him a link so he could see if it would work. Eddie took a very rough measurement of my front yard and gave me his business card and told me to make sure I emailed him the link for the grass and we would go from there. I emailed Eddie the link to the type of grass I was looking for and he never responded so I called and got no response.

For years my sump pumps have caused problems at the front of my house because they drain into an area that is impermeable clay, creating a nuisance all year and a hazard in winter. James was one of 3 A-rated Angies List landscaping contractors I contacted about the job, and the only one who responded quickly with a good plan at a reasonable price. The day of the job he and a worker arrived with a small backhoe and a load of gravel. After finding the underground drain lines for the sump pumps JLS excavated a deep hole for the drywell and filled it with gravel. Top soil was replaced, soil was seeded, and a pop-up outlet installed against the chance of overflow. The system works really well, and has solved the problem.

Natural Gardens responded immediately to my call to discuss the work. The gardening expert arrived promptly on the day of the appointment. The work involved removing the weeds, pruning plants and flowers, and being careful not to damage the drip line. I was consulted whenever there was a question about the work. The work was completed with expertise and care.

Background: When we moved into the new house, we knew the front and back yard will need a lot of love and hard work. The property had not been lived in for a couple of years so there were long grass and weeds everywhere. We knew we needed help. We turned to Angie's list and read up reviews here which led us to Martin. Estimate: He came right on time on the day we scheduled for an estimate. He appeared confident and was a very positive, upbeat person to meet. He truly knows and loves his work. He explained the various types of grass, the ones he thinks will work for our lawns, told us the back yard lawns just needed seeding and not new sod, discussed our ideas for the front yard and came up with an lawn edging idea to match and gave us a fair estimate before leaving. Work: When we did decide to go with him to get the work done, he and his team were on-time, fast, meticulous and clean in their execution. Everything was as expected and better. We got the front and back yard lawns transformed and looking good in no time. They even cut trimmed our trees in the back
