Provider did a good job but refused to give me a receipt after telling me they would. I was not happy about the situation because I had asked about it in advance. Other then that they did a excellant job on the repair. I am not sure at this point if I will use them again or not. The repair was good so it is difficult decision.

I received an almost immediate response, and scheduled a time to come out to look at my roof. I received an estimate within a day, and scheduled the work for the following Monday. A day later I received a call telling me they could do the work that Friday, so I moved the appointment up. The roofer arrived a bit early and went right to work, and got the job done the same day. He found many more cracked tiles and had to buy additional sealant, but the quoted price did not change. Their bid was quite a bit lower than the other bid I received. I appreciate the prompt service and willingness to go above and beyond. The real test will come when the rains start again, but based on the work and the service I received, I give them a strong recommendation. Don't be fooled by their name-Flat Roof Pros. They can work on any type of roof.

I had some small holes in my SPF roof that needed repair. After getting turned down by several local roofing companies because they “don’t work on flat roofs” or “the job was too small”.I called up Garcia’s Kingdom Roofing. I’m sure glad I did. I spoke with Junior the owner and he came out and gave me a quote. He was on time and explained all about the repairs. A few days later he came by and completed the repair. Repairs look great and I would definitely hire Junior again for any other repairs.

I couldn't be happier. Ruben and his crew were punctual and professional. Ruben put me in touch with his distributor so I could go and look at all of the various options available in terms of aesthetics and overall quality. After the new composite roof was on, Ruben came back two more times to put additional coats of paint on the new vents. I liked the company so much that I had them do a small repair on the roof of a second property (tile roof). Since this is the biggest investment to my home, I came to Angie's list for help and went with the roofing company with the highest amount of positive reviews. Apex Valley roofing also is a member of the BBB which also was a plus. From the first day I called Ricky, he was able to come out that same day and give me an estimate, as well as bringing all the information on the different colors and types of roofing. Since my husband was not home at the time, Ricky came back and spent time with him explaining all that his company would be doing. His workers were always on time, the roofing materials arrived when we were told, and his workers were excellent in putting on our new roof. We had a strange angle to part of our home which was a concern, but Ricky made sure it was taken care of properly and explained how it would be taken care of. Our roof took three days which included the City inspection time. Ricky gave us several different options for our roof with three different pricing levels depending on the type of roofing material. We choose the more expensive roof which is much thicker and shows more definition, as did our shake roof. This roof is beautiful in that it looks like shake, but isn't. Cars slowly drive past our house and I can see them looking at our new roof, we are very pleased at how professional our roof looks, like a work of art!! You won't regret giving Apex Valley roofing a call, his estimates were great in comparison with the other companies I called to my home, and he was much more dependable than the rest. His office staff is very friendly, and you never wait long to get a response from Ricky if you call his office.

I was very pleased with the quality of the work done, and the price was fair ( I received a $200 discount for being an angie's list customer ). The crew of six guys showed up right on time, and ready to work. They did such a good job, that I recommended Apex roofing to my Dad, and a coworker. Apex removed a wood shingle roof from my dad's, and installed a new asphalt shingle roof, with attic insulation. My coworker had them do some roof repairs. He was very happy with the price and work done too.

After looking on Angie's List, I called a few roofers for an estimate to replace our wood shake roof. The replacement estimates came in more than our savings, so we decided to repair it only. Ryan gave a us a great estimate on repairing the roof, certified it for 2 years, and agreed to give us a credit towards a replacement roof in the future! We were pleased with that offer. He workers showed as promised and worked all day. They did a wonderful job reparing our roof. We are now able to continue saving for our roof replacements without the stress.

Had a complete re roof done replaced old comp and wood shingles installed new plywood and composition roof. The job was completely painless with no issues or worries. Price was slightly higher then some other bids but got an excellent quality roof that will last a lifetime. Jo was professional and got the job done and 3 days I would recommend this roofer to anybody.
