The POD unit was smaller than advertised, and there was an issue with our contract that was not addressed until AFTER they took our belongings away, resulting in a delivery delay. We recently used U-Haul’s U-Box service for a second move, and while the cost is comparable, the experience was much better. She was outstanding at telling me what I should expect in this moving service. The movers arrived to the house at the time that Donna said they will and I they start the work right away and without any delays. They had to figure out how to load the truck considering my stuff was scattered and I had different kinds of items. They handled it so well. It was a challenge. It wasn't like moving things from a house where you could see everything and how you need to load it. In this case, all my stuff was jammed into storage and a lot of it had not been properly wrapped. It was a challenge for them to cope with and to make my move work. I was very impressed and it was very hot. They worked so hard and did such a good job

The truck they brought was not quite big enough for one load so they went back for last few things in a pick up and didn't charge me for that extra time. "Serg is very prompt, if he doesn't answer the phone, he calls back immediately. He was a joy to work with. The movers Anthony and Woozie were polite, efficient and really had their work cut out for them. They wrapped everything carefully and packed the truck carefully. The guys got shut down in Wy.due to high winds and snow. But like the Pony Express of bygone neither wind, hail or snow stopped them. It is scary to hire movers due to all the horror stories online. "Omg I'm so happy my move went well. Better than I expected being that it was last minute. She was in between White glove and the movers and showed up at my house, communication and professionalism was on point. I'm uncomfortable around new people especially in my home but it was necessary and they made me feel comfortable. I got it for packing services to protect family heirlooms and a few antiques, and let me tell you everything was just amazing. The only discrepancy I had is that it arrived a little later than expected. Overall I would definitely recommend White glove every time!!
