"EXCELLENT. My wife and I had Will do some repairs that I started after watching on TV and online thinking that I could do on my own. My work wasn't bad, but I need a professional to finish up after two years of putting it of. Will finish laying tile in a bathroom, GFI socket, tile in pantry, back splash and remove and replace one cabinet, ceiling repairs, crown molding, doors and frame, shoe molding. All was completed in time two days before Christmas 2015 and my wife was extremely happy. We were impressed with his work, we hired him a second time around April 2016 to knock down a wall and combine two bedrooms into one master and add a walk-in closet, completely re-sanded and refinished hard wood floors to match. The job was fantastic and looks amazing. The wife loves her new walk-in. At the same time, we had issues with our A/C unit and ducting. Will was very nice to be at our home while we were at work to handle anything the A/C company that made the repairs. He is VERY trust worthy and knows what he is doing. HIGHLY recommended for any repairs. Definitely will hire him for future repairs. You will not be disappointed with his craftsman ship and true gentleman!

"We got an immediate response after contacting them, and service two days later. All three representatives we dealt with were courteous, efficient, and professional at all times. The inspection fee was waived after we agreed to have the work done and the price very reasonable, given the work and materials they had to put into it. They even did an extra procedure that needed to be done but was not previously discussed at no additional cost. "ASAP is a top-notch company. When our upstairs bedroom’s window paint began to ripple and the window sill bubbled under the paint, we realized we had a problem. As we peeled back the paint, we realized the dry wall was unstable. A long-term leak had completely ruined the dry wall, the support beams, the insulation, and the window sill. We knew the window would need removed and the siding removed in order to assess the extent, and cause, of the damage. We obtained 3 estimates, and ASAP wasn’t the least expensive. However, Chris immediately informed us he thought the roof and guttering, not the window itself, was the cause of the leak. His experience with this type of damage in older homes won our confidence. Since it was close to Thanksgiving, we had to wait a couple of weeks for ASAP to get to work, but they completed an extensive exploration an d internal and external repairs, including a roof remediation to ensure the problem wouldn’t recur. We were extremely pleased with the final results, and highly recommend ASAP for any type of work. They are knowledgeable, thorough, and reasonably priced. Thanks, ASAP!

"After a consultation with Kenny on the work I needed done, I hired VA Brick Doctor. Kenny repointed steps on the front and back porch, and repaired couple areas on porch where tiles were cracked and loose. Due to rainy weather I had to wait a few weeks before he could start but the wait was worth it. Kenny and his assistant arrived early and worked in hot, humid conditions. Kenny is easy to work with, meticulous, and knows his trade. I was very pleased with his work. It has been a year since the work was done and everything looks great.
