"I was so impressed with the professionalism of the entire Five Star team from my initial phone call to the final review of the project once it was complete. The quality of work, attention to detail and clean up was outstanding. Also, Steve, their recommended carpenter that came out to repair some siding did excellent work. "We hired Early Bird Painting to paint the trim and soffits on our 50+ year old house. We previously painted the siding ourselves last year but never got around to doing the trim (due to extensive peeling on the soffits and damage to some of the wood trim that needed to be replaced). Early Bird did a fantastic job and they were able to do it quickly. They gave us a bid back in June but I didn't get back to them about scheduling until the last week of October when I was fully expecting we would have to schedule for sometime next year. When I got back to them, they were able to get us in the very next week (we got lucky with great weather in November), and they completed the work in about 1.5 days. My husband and I were also working from home due to COVID and their work was so quiet that it did not interfere with video calls. TL;DR: Overall, Early Bird is a fantastic company to work with, and you should definitely give them a call when you need professional painting done. They did a wonderful job with no mess. The once forest green trim and service door are now a gleaming, smooth white; the peeling soffits and damaged areas of trim are looking fresh and well taken care of. We plan to keep them in mind for future projects.show more

"Fabio is absolutely the best. We needed some drywall work done on a former porch that the previous owner had badly enclosed. Found Fabio and Facility Solutions via Angi. He had the best bid so we went with him. There were some hiccups like studs not to code and some additional electrical work that needed done. Fabio and crew took it all in stride and fixed everything. The communication was absolutely outstanding. Most contractors I've worked with are terrible in this department. I knew when folks were coming to the house, when they were leaving, what questions/decisions there were, and what those implications were. Never at any point was I unaware of what Fabio and the team were doing. Excellent work all around. Would absolutely hire again in a second. show more

"While workers were friendly and punctual, they were unfortunately quite young, and seemed to be somewhat inexperienced. One worker was more conscientious than the other. While some of the minor repairs were made ( fill nail holes, touch up caulk along wall seams adjoining countertop) many were missed and simply painted over. Also, one area only received one coat of paint and was forgotten, and one area was painted with brush instead of roller lake rest of walls even though the space was wide enough for a roller and I specifically pointed out that I wanted the space painted more smoothly, with roller. I would not trust such young people incapable of attention to detail and of understanding pride of home ownership without constant oversight of their work. Not worth the high price paid for such simple work. While owner offered to have them touch up their work we opted to do it ourselves.show more
