Houston Shutter Painting

Everything went very well. The house was pressure washed before painting was started. It was a very simple straight forward paint job. Pat Chambers and his work crew are very nice to work with and very professional.

Bill did quality work for us today. He ensured that he found the best color match. He took his time and yet was very efficient with the project, having it all done in a matter of hours. We also found his pricing to be fair. We would hire him again for next project.

I had the kitchen cabinets and some built ins painted in my new home. The results are great-everything looks brand new! The team was professional, on time, and friendly. I was also getting new countertops and backslash installed in the kitchen, which threw off our originally scheduled date for the painting to be completed. Steve was able to work with me to re-schedule the job date and get the painting done before I moved in. When they came they completely covered all my wood floors and countertops, etc to make sure paint didn't get anywhere it shouldn't, and then cleaned everything up when they were finished. Overall a great experience working with Steve and the team, and I would recommend them to anyone needing a paint job,

Returned initial call promptly. Came next day to give quote. Arrived early on day of service and completed same day. Excellent and detailed workmanship and proper cleanup. Very pleased and will keep Mr. Easinsky on speed dial for future projects.

Their marketing material sounded great. Wished it matched with how they perform a job. They misrepresent. Said job would take 2 consecutive days to install hardiplank and paint. Took 10 days and weather was not an issue. Example, it took 8 days to complete the painting job. House is 95% brick. Said they used professional painters. Not true. Foreman said they have 1 professional painter and when he was not available, they used unskilled painters. There are streaky brush marks; paint drip marks; paint on brick; incorrect color (e.g. painted brown shutters grey); when repainted, shutters got dark shutter paint on grey trim and they left it that way; and they began painting door without power-washing/cleaning it. Even after I clearly discussed with the foreman that I hired and paid for a professional painter, they still chose to not deliver such skill sets. Sales said they computer color-matched to ensure a color match to meet home association guidelines. Not true. Foreman said they do not have this capability. Began painting trim a different color. Stopped them until they were able to get a reasonable match. Said they would remove shutters to paint to ensure quality, as well as to prevent paint on the brick. Not true. Foreman said shutters must remain on house. They got some paint on the brick. Also, only painted part of the slats of the shutter. Again, had to call to have them return. Their one professional painter was embarrassed by the work that was done when he finally was available to return and complete the job. The Hardiplank installation was done well. So that's the reason I provided an overall "C" grading for quality. Otherwise it would be F. One final note, the marketing material says they back their work and the CEO himself says to call him directly if you're not satisfied. I did within 2 days of the project. Spoke to both him and and operations manager he assigned. Never heard from either of them again and these issues continued on for another 8 days. If you cannot get resolution after raising the issues to management, it is clearly not an organization to select or do business with. Did receive a call from the sales rep once I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, due to their misrepresentation. They never explained or addressed the misrepresentation issue. Offered me a $100 gift card, which I declined.

Mr. Birkline does excellent work. The painting job was a bit complex but presented little in the way of trouble for Mr. Birkline. The Quality of his work is outstanding and anyone needing an affirmation of this is welcome drive by and look at his work. In short, he did a great job and he does the work himself.

Great. Ron sprayed the gables and even the shutters even though they weren't included in the bid. I finished the remainder within having to get on the ladder.

They were very professional and stuck to the timeframe. I would highly recommend their service if you need your house exterior painted.

I shopped around for a home painter and Perfect Painters gave me the best price and the final result ended up looking great! Danny, Manny, Ivan, the carpenter, and Paulo were all very friendly and did everything I asked them to do with a good attitude. They used good paint and knew what they were doing. Luxz painters performed pressure washing and caulking, and then painted exterior siding, doors, and patio. Over the years I worked with many contractors for home projects and I monitor how they perform the project. I would grade these guys high for their professionalism and the value of the work they delivered. All the painters were very nice and easy to work with…. they listen to our opinions and painted again some surfaces if needed. We were very happy with how the home finally looked like beating our expectations. Overall very positive experience.

The crew was timely, very skilled and professional, pressure washing prior to caulking and paint.. They did extras, such as cleaning exterior ceiling fan blades, and making minor repairs on door trim.

Eddie and his team did such an outstanding job on my home that I don’t even really know where to begin… I was referred to Eddie by a realtor friend, and I could not be more grateful to have met him. He and all the guys at Luxz truly gave my 15 year old Spanish styled home a total facelift and made it my modern dream home! Eddie has great design input and is even more detail oriented and specific than I am (which is pretty impressive). And aside from that, he is just such a friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy guy. They won’t stop until they reach ‘perfect’ and obviously customer care and satisfaction is a huge priority for Luxz. They got started on my job quickly and finished up everything on schedule. I was very satisfied with the experience. Mike Moncure was always responsive and friendly. The work crews were efficient and did a great job- everything is very neat and precise. They cleaned up really well- no debris anywhere. The crew found a few beams that needed repair in the garage, brought it to my attention, and did the work at the proposed additional price. There were a few days between the siding being up and painting starting, and the job started a little later than originally expected, but this was due to weather related delays that I think were perfectly reasonable. They did a great job and I would definitely hire them again.

He does extremely nice personalized services. He made everything appear fresher. He was able to take off my shutters to paint them off of the house. He is a very good man.
