"A few weeks ago my 28 yr old Trane's motherboard went out. Thankfully we had the mini-split installed (in my prior review). I received 3 more quotes for the replacement of my old HVAC, again calling on Ryan J. The specific model I selected was unavailable from other vendors, which shows you the buying power and relationship Logan has with Trane! Bobby F and Brendan H were my installers yesterday. The arrive in the morning, explained everything, and began work right away. Bobby was the lead and quite honestly one of the most pleasant contractors I've worked with, and I've worked with a lot. He spoke in detail, was friendly, professional, and asked me throughout the day to check on his work and if I had any questions. He and Brendan did a great job, were respectful of my home (wearing booties and using drop cloths), cleaned up afterward, and really did an awesome job overall, fitting the much smaller 2 stage/variable speed furnace over the huge hole from my previous unit.
