"I called Phillips in the afternoon and they sent out a roofing supervisor, Chris Oliver, the very next morning. Chris examined my roof and found the issue quickly. It was a minor job, requiring just a little bit of silicone sealant, so he didn't even charge me. While he was up there, he noticed a few other issues he thought I should take care of and he took the time to walk through them with me. Chris was friendly and professional. I felt like he was looking out for me. The whole visit took 45 minutes. Will absolutely use again.
