    Great work!! Aside from being an expert with lawn, irrigation, and re-grading, Eddie Mullins is patient and courteous. When we first showed him initial plans for the yard, he was honest about flaws in the design. We took his advice and re-designed the plan. We also followed his plan to properly deaden the previous yard. Eddie took the initiative to regrade the yard for low maintenance and sensible irrigation, while suggesting other details that would eliminate future problems. The fabulous work that Eddie and his crew performed became its own advertisement as onlookers were requesting his business card.     Back in September we had Eddie , Mario (Eddies right hand guy) and his crew reinvent our weed strewn back yard. Eddie suggested replacing back patio and extending it out with walkways connecting to a new shed and side of house which turned out great. They put in sod, planted plants, put in sprinklers and drip lines, all which transformed our back weed patch into staycation land. Needless to say we were extremely happy with the results. They also removed and replaced our cracked (destroyed) driveway with a nice clean looking driveway admired many times by passing neighbors (probably happy to see our destroyed one go). It also turned out fantastic. We were so happy with Eddie Mullins Landscaping that we had them return this week and put in a drought tolerant landscape in our front yard. We had a patch of artificial turf put in the center of our small front yard. Eddie suggested the other plants and rock to put in since we had no ideas of our own with Mario suggesting some Japanese maple trees to go along with the plants (thanks Mario great idea). We were amazed by the finished product. Several people have stopped and commented how nice our yard looks now. Eddie, Mario and his brother Michael did a stupendous job on our front yard. Needless to say my wife and I were extremely happy with the job. So if you’re looking for a great landscaping company and have patience check out Eddie Mullins Landscaping. Eddie will get er done!

    He showed up on time and did it in one day. He did a perfect job! He gave me a lot of information and was very helpful and accommodating. For the first month I over watered and let it grow to long which Eddie warned me not to do. Because of this the lawn go a fungus infection. I called Eddie and he came right away and told me what fungicide to put on and how to do it. He also told me other information. I'm very happy with my dealings with Eddie. Mar

    Within the same day of placing a request on Angie's list, I received a call from Eddie. We scheduled a time for him to come out and look at the job. Eddie arrived on time and discussed with us our ideas and our budget. He provided a sketch of the yard layout, offered suggestions for plants and give us a timeframe to complete the work. He felt he could work well within our budget and we made the decision to have Eddie complete the work. We met with him one more time prior to the start of the job to finalize the details and confirm the cost of the job. Eddie and his staff showed up on time each day and completed the work as scheduled . The crew was easy to work with, and Eddie was willing to make tweeks to the job as we made some minor changes. The job was finished on time and under budget. We are thrilled with the outcome and intend to use Eddie again for some additional work. It was a great experience and we truly appreciate he and his crew's hard work

    Valerii did a great job on my house, gave me best deal I could ever get. I had gutters stuffed with debris and leaves, on my 3 story tile roof house. He did a wonderful job on all of them, in addition he gave me a great deal on gutter guards that he installed the same day. I was impressed how well he was performed. Also he put some sealant on a few tiles that were broken on the roof for no cost, I think that was nice of him that he checked my tiles and fixed them before the rain. I will definitely do business with him in the future

    The owner came out once to view the property, signed me up for the design in the amount of $700. He said he'd give me a credit for this amount against a bid he would make on the plans. He sent out a licensed landscape architect Michael Shular from UC Davis to the plans. Both times Michael came out, he was 15 minutes late. I told Shular that I needed the landscaping to cost between $5,000 and $7,000 - and that the plans should bring it in this range, but for some rock upgrades that I wanted. He included 26 boulders in the plans. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> When the owner came out to bid it (also 15 minutes late), he left out the boulders and included them as a $2K option, and gave me a $7980 bid (that reflected the $700 discount). So, a $10,000 bid for everything. $1,000 in add-ons for stuff I needed to provide, like fountains and pots. Big increase from my range. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> When I bid it out to a Davis landscaper, he told me that because of our water, 1/3 of the plants would die or not survive very long. The architect didn't appreciate that his design needed to include plants that would thrive in this area. I now need to pay someone else to redo the plan for my area. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Waste of money and time, and no apology for poor work from the owner, mark Chester. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> When Mr. Chester gave me references at first, there were no phone numbers or addresses. I had to ask for them. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Had a bad feeling, and it was borne out by what I got. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> BTW, two bids for Mike's plans were $12,000+.
