    I had six trees removed and several bushes. The work was done very professionally. They cleaned up very nicely. Their follow-up (Scheduling the grinding of the stumps and Accounting not sure if I was charged or not) could use a little work, but very honest people.

    Masterscapes came out and gave us a bid for a total back yard landscape at our new home.The job was done on time, under budget with with full permits. Troy Rock, (yeahhh that's his real name) gave us the plans to give to our association. Everything went real smooth and they completed in less than two weeks. He threw in a few niceties and did not charge for them. After the job was completed, he came back several time to check up on the plants, trees and irrigation.We are extremely pleased with their work and attention to details. We will gladly recommend the company as well as Troy. We are now thinking of paving the front of the house and our one and only call will be to Masterscapes

    Excellent. The arborist, Ben, has assessed my trees annually and knows his stuff. Since having him work on my trees, I have not lost any more trees and he saved one that had the beginning of a bore infestation. They all look healthy and amazing. Rene and his crew did everything I asked in a polite and courteous way, as well as cleaned up beautifully after the job was done. I think this is the 6th year they have trimmed my trees and I love that when they are finished they don’t look ‘trimmed’ just beautifully shaped with nice ‘bird holes’ inside the crown that lets air pass through and protects them from monsoon winds. The deep root fertilization keeps them healthy and strong to fight off pests. They mulched my citrus as well to keep the roots cooler in the summer. There are cheaper jobs out there...just look for the trees that are topped and look like they have been amputated. My trees are precious to me in sunny Arizona for their shade and the privacy they provide from my neighbors

    I bought two different 'big deals'; one for deep root fertilization and one for sprinkler system evaluation/set. I ended up getting more done so it was nice to have the discount. The arborist was very knowledgeable and helpful in determining which trees to fertilize based on my budget. On the second visit, a different guy came out who was equally knowlegdeable and easily resolved an ongoing issue I'd been having with one of my sprinkler valves. He showed me how to fix it myself should it occur again. He recommended installing soaker lines and mulch wells for my queen palms to address my concerns about how stressed out they looked. It has really helped! Two months since the work was done and the trees are really showing signs of improvement. Within hours of purchasing each 'big deal', the company contacted me to schedule and appointment. Wow! So the process is, someone comes out to evaluate, and then the work gets done another day, so I had 4 encounters. Just about everyone was 15-30 past the end time of their appt range. For example, if they say between 10 and noon; they would call at noon and say they'd be here ~12:30. At least they called, I'll give 'em that. Just don't sit around thinking they'll be there any minute early on is all I'm saying. I'm extremely happy with their service and the quality of their work

    I obtained several estimates to have my side yards and back yard landscaped. This included a couple of irrigation lines, lots of pavers, and a bench constructed of stacked stone sides and a flagstone cap. Hawkeye Landscaping’s estimate was comparable to most of the others, but our interactions with the office staff and with Kelly distinguished them from their competitors. The office staff was professional and friendly, and Kelly was personable, knowledgeable, and seemed honest and sincere. Since we were having the landscaping work performed while we were out of town, these characteristics were crucial. The crews were punctual, proficient, and meticulous. Although I was not present at the job site, I was kept informed of their progress. The work was completed on time, and the final result exceeded my expectations. Their attention to detail and pride in theircraft is evident. Most importantly, Hawkeye stands behind their work. We had a minor leak that was caused by a small pebble that had found its way into one of the sprinkler valves which resulted in the valve staying open. This was discovered late on a Friday afternoon, but there was a crew at my property promptly to repair it. I cannot say enough good things about Hawkeye Landscaping, and I would recommend them to anybody. They will also be my first – and only - choice for any additional landscaping work I need in the future

    I called Adam 2 years ago to replace a leaking water pipe.  He quickly went to work, fixed the pipe and have not had any leaks since.   He even replaced one of my sprinklers; and, after 2 years, that sprinkler head has not given me any problems.  Its always scary to hear how much these technicians charge per hour; but, Adam was fast and I was surprised how reasonable his price was.    I called him again to move and replace a leaking sprinkler valve box that was too close to the house.  He was at my home within a hour of calling him.    He quoted an overall price for everything.  He worked on his own and left the backyard as if no work had been done.   He is very knowledgeable, efficient and very professional.  I have no reservations in calling him again for all my sprinkler needs

It was in an inconvenient spot and oozed when cut which made it more difficult. Juan was willing to tackle the job for a reasonable price. He knew I wanted it cut as close to the ground as possible and tried hard to please that request. He carted everything away and blew the area clean as well as the rest of my patio.
