We managed to block all screen scrappers after protecting the endpoints behind Bot Manager Premier.

Forter does a great job of taking the heavy lifting off of us. It's so nice to know that their system is able to catch resellers as well as potential fraud risks, and that we always have support to answer any questions we might have! We feel much more secure and our Customer Service team feels more equipped to handle fraud cases!

I love how this system detects fraud and saves time from the company. It catches and cancels orders that we shouldn't process.

The conference was a great way for retailers and financial institutions to come together for a common goal - fighting fraud The variety of speakers and events was meaningful and provided great takeaways for me to bring back to my colleagues. I enjoyed the content related to how fraudsters are accessing PII and creating identities - It would have been great to have more insight into that Also very much enjoyed the Japanese Garden tour - it was a great way to break the ice with some other attendees and really enjoyed seeing a bit of Portland (as opposed to the usual hotel and conference room limited exposure) I don't think the conference dates were the best - having a conference end at 4pm on a Friday - when many people have to travel back to the east coast was tough and required personal time to travel. Would have been better for a Tues-Thurs.

Strong product expertise and delivery fulfilment on the ThreatMetrix team we worked with. The technical account manager support was essential in getting the best out of the product and optimising the rule set. The ThreatMetrix team have good experienced individuals who have been in the financial services industry themseleves and they helped us identify further use cases for the product that we hadn't predicted in our business case. This meant we exceded our own expectations. They were also a great buch of guys to work with.

We've used Radware Bot Manager since well before they were acquired. They are a valuable infrastructure solution for scraping, bot detection and more. We've been impressed as their capabilities have expanded. Their tech team and support have been highly available and willing to engage in discussions of possible future product capabilities. We highly recommend them as a leader in their space.

We're a small UK charity supporting unpaid carers nationwide. SumSub has been an essential partner to us from day one to help verify the identity of our users/beneficiaries. Even though we are tech-first, we don't have an in-house developer, but even still with the excellent support from the whole SumSub team, we were able to quickly launch a verification route to make sure our offer goes to the correct and eligible beneficiaries. We're now scaling our operations and couldn't have done so without SumSub's support!

We have had a great experience working with HUMAN and utilizing their MediaGuard product. We feel that HUMAN is on the cutting edge of fraud detection - staying out in front of emerging threats. Their support team is great, very responsive and strong technical knowledge to dive into real-time issues. We feel very well protected from malicious actors in the ecosystem thanks to our integration with HUMAN.

The experience we have had with the Monitor Plus solution has been very rewarding and satisfying. It has helped us to detect fraud incidents in a timely manner and minimize monetary losses to our customers, as well as to the organization. It easy to parameterize and with this we can shield ourselves against any trend or threat of fraud that could occur.

Emailage provides results on every inquiry that enables our team to decision an order. Though some results might be a middle of the road risk score, this provides enough feedback that can be utilized with our other search tools to determine if an order should be canceled for fraud or allow to be processed. Keeping in mind that we use this for email addresses and ip addresses only and there are even more robust options available. We have just already had another fraud research tool in place that we continue to use.

Distil cloud-based solution is easy to implement and provides the most effective protection against all kinds of automated threats and robotic attacks. It has saved us from a lot of pain and frustration with our own customers who were victim of massive bot attacks and persistent scrapers. Distil provides one of the best support I've ever seen: always available and proactive. Their professional analysts are the best experts in bot mitigation that I've worked with until today. It's amazing to see how they can find needles in a haystack and block the most sophisticated scrapers. The Distil portal is very easy to use, at the same time it provides rich functionalities and useful bot insights. I really like their new platform as it provides the required granularity for our web applications, with customized Content Protection Settings per domain and even per path, in addition to sophisticated Access Control Lists (ACLs).

I love Pindrop, we currently use Protect. This past year with Pindrops updates to their phone and tone printing we have noticed significant improvements in catching fraud.

We were looking for strong anomaly detection that was easy for internal users, but dug into the details of the ACH file being processed. Guardian's product required very little change in our back-office processing. We had to delay implementatiion until after we converted all of our clients to an updated ACH initiation program. The implementation team was great to work with and we have had strong support experiences in our first full year of use.

This has really helped us prevent fraud and helped us assess risk. Before interrogation this was a pretty serious issue, now our chargeback rate is almost insignificant.

We are very satisfied with Cleafy, the solution we selected when looking for a unified anti-fraud platform to be adopted by our group companies (for Retail Banking and Credit Card services) and leveraged to deliver our service as Service Provider (for Corporate Banking). Thanks to Cleafy, we achieved our initial goals of improving internal efficiency and standardizing/homogenizing internal operating practices and end-user offerings. We are now able to deliver the best-in-class antifraud service and ensure PSD2 compliance to our customers.

Using the chargeback fraud management from Accertify is a real bonus to accelerate the process and have a global view on the fraud activity

Rapid results in reducing false positives after go live. Straightforward support for clarifications during the start phase. Great exchange about new fraud patterns which lead to immediately available enhancements of the product. Company continue to evolve the product to support more channels. Product upgrades provide permamently new features to improve profiling and fraud detection.

Great way to create users to process credit cards. Sends confirmation email that you can send to a customer and also accounting.

somwe switched to Lexis Nexis for multiple platforms but untilimatly took this brand for its ease of veritfying and identifying people and specific requirements. its a great opporttunity to gather information that can be used to analize fraud and other suspicious activity relating to the insurance industry... where I work.
