WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, the House of Representatives passed an amendment by Congressman Thomas Massie (R-KY) and Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren (D-CA) to defund two surveillance "backdoors" that currently allow intelligence agencies access to Americans' private data and correspondence without a warrant.
