"ProBuilt Bill Ladd deserves a perfect ten! The craftsmanship and customer service are superb.  He had to basically rebuild my deck, and I asked him to keep as much of the old wood as possible to help with the budget, which he did. Because of some covid-related issues, I did upgrade the flooring, but it was well worth it. The crew was excellent, always respectful, answering any questions, and cleaned up every night. Bottom line, I would use ProBuilt again for any project and am very pleased to give my highest recommendation.

"This was an excellent experience. They started work within a week of booking them. They power-washed, scraped, sanded, primed and painted the house and trim. They also painted the downspouts, and we added the task of painting the foundation as well. They also replaced a few rotted boards. The whole team was very professional, but we would like to especially thank Sandro, Vander and Willian for working with us, helping us choose a trim color and keeping us informed every step of the way. We hope to use them next year to do some interior work.

"This year we got our kitchen cabinets repainted, added backsplash and re-tiled or half bath and a couple of years back we got our home painted (interior)with him as well. Both the times Cassio and his team were professional and hardworking all of their work was finished on time as promised without any compromise. The end result looked fabulous it almost feels like we got a new kitchen. One thing to note is if you need to add tiles, i believe he has only one resource available to do the work & who maybe available only on weekends (at least that's how it was for us) so the work might take some additional time to complete. But don't let that deter you since the resource is extremely good at his work. Sorry i forgot his name. We added 3-d tiles to our backsplash and a regular design tile for our half bath.
