To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

One of Blue Yonder’s most valuable assets is its integrity. Protecting this asset is the job of everyone in the company. We have a Code of Conduct which applies to every officer, director and associate. This code is available to and followed by the company’s agents and representatives, including consultants and contractors.

Our Code is designed to help Blue Yonder comply with law and maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct. It does not cover every issue that may arise, but it sets out basic principles and a methodology to help guide you in the attainment of this common goal.

All of Blue Yonder’s officers, directors and associates must carry out their duties in accordance with the policies set forth in our Code and with applicable laws and regulations. This site provides a tool for reporting allegations of violations of our Code. If you are aware of a situation that you believe may violate or lead to a violation of our Code, please utilize BY EthicsLine.

BY EthicsLine is operated by EthicsPoint, an independent company. All reports submitted using BY EthicsLine (via web or phone) are received directly by EthicsPoint and then routed to the appropriate person within Blue Yonder, who will ensure that each report is handled in a professional and confidential manner. When you submit a report, you have the choice to remain anonymous or identify yourself. Please provide as much detail as possible so that Blue Yonder can more effectively address your concern.
