    I’m constantly surprised when start-up founders ask me at what point should they hire their first designer. My answer is usually some variation of, “if you were designing your own house, when would you hire an architect”?

    Unfortunately many C-suite people see DEI as just something to do for a pat on the back.

    We're literally analyzing and synthesizing in real time the best path forward for products, services, and cultures. A serious and damn near always on responsibility.

    No one knows the exact amount of time advertising professionals work on any given project. Remember, thinking about the project is "working," and no human can track every second that they think about anything. Yeah, I said it in absolutes.

    Leverage the dev knowledge to find the best stable solution vs trying to build it!

    💯 lot of biz choose to build instead of pay, which often has a much bigger cost (+ maintenance). sadly, often decision makers see team time & effort as zero cost. I see this often, esp. from developers. the “I can just build this myself!” mindset.

    I mean no disrespect but the real epidemic is the lack of critical thinking skills. That lack of critical thinking is impacting all of us, throw in muddled messaging and social media echo chambers. It's a disaster.
