"All Dry was great! They came to our rescue after recent water damage to our house. The recent cold KC weather caused a pipe to burst that left our basement with standing water we came home to at 10 PM. We have two young children and a crisis with the basement left us a bit frazzled, to say the least. Jonah from All Dry and his team were out at our house within 30 minutes, got right to work and even managed to salvage some family keepsakes that would have otherwise been destroyed. They educated us on what to expect, how the process would go and provided updates throughout the entirety of the project. They took care of all the insurance pieces needed and made the already stressful process as easy and simple as possible. "We bought a house last February Dash the previous owners had really neglected it and there was quite a bit of mold in the basement. This company came to our house, tested all over the basement, then came back and did a thorough treatment on every wall, even going so far as to cut out pieces of drywall that had enough mold that the treatment could not find it. Then they did a follow up months later at no charge. Everything was very thorough, they even came out one time to treat an area that they had missed before without charging us. They are very honest and do excellent work, and our basement Feels and smells a lot better! And we rest easier knowing our house is much safer without the mold."
