He and his team provided excellent results when they made repairs to a staircase treads and risers; installed wall and handrails; iron spindles; newel post to include staircase trim work. Don's response time was outstanding. I emailed him on a Sunday afternoon and got a same day response, which was unexpected, but truly appreciated. The repair was challenging but Don did a great job and it is barely noticeable. Unfortunately it was a little harder to hide the repair on the front of the chair. I would definitely recommend Don!
