Some confusion resulted when many texts and multiple phone calls came in looking for work bookings. Also as much as a hundred dollars difference in the bids.

He removed and installed a dishwasher for me. I tried to get this accomplished with others and until locating him others told me they could not remove the old appliance.

I had already asked another HVAC company to evaluate my AC problems and that company made me wait 8 hours on the day of the appointment then never check the problem and simply said I needed a NEW AC! Hot Shot was on time, did an evaluation, offered options at various price points then fixed the problem by adding refrigerant. They were great and really do provide an excellent service!

Trevon and his team were excellent in all aspects of the work they performed. I had security cameras installed on my home and they were there with professional, friendly advice/service throughout the project. Most impressed with the great communications and follow-up.
