From there, he passed on my request to Kendra, who confirmed and scheduled the project. Not only did she keep in touch with me as the start date was getting closer, she was very easy to reach by phone whenever I had a question or concern. Her response time is amazing. Joe's team worked really well together, seemed to enjoy working with each other, did an amazing clean job and communicated progress as well as showing what work was being done. The crew cleaned up everywhere, couldn't even tell there was cement, dirt, stone, metal, plastic, lining fabric and piping inside and outside during the construction. Maverick came an hour later to put in electrical. He surveyed the need and had it installed in a jiffy, also cleaning up the area. He left with a " I'm finished", & a "thank you ". I'm actually excited to see a first heavy rainstorm."

"Thrasher did a great job. The foreman was knowledgeable and he explained what was going to be done. We were allowed to watch the process. They leveled the front step and the sidewalk by drilling holes in the concrete and pumping foam under them until everything was level. They caulked everything when they were done and cleaned up the area. The entrance to our home looks so much better. It was well worth the money."

"I had several estimates and MADEWELL CONCRETE was very reasonably priced. They did amazingly quick and efficient work. It was a smooth process from the initial estimate to the removal and replacement of my concrete driveway. The old driveway was removed and the form was built for the new driveway in 1 day and the new driveway was poured the next day. After several days of curing we were using our new driveway. Just keep one thing in mind, some landscaping will be required by the homeowner afterwards but MADEWELL CONCRETE does their best to keep this to a minimum."

"James took the initiative to pull my house up on Google Street View after I submitted the project on HomeAdvisor before contacting me. Made initial call much more productive before he came out to give an estimate. After reviewing the problems with the stonework on our house, he did a great job explaining what needed to be done, why it needed done, and what I could expect from the finished results (for instance the mortar dye wouldn't look like it matches immediately but would in time would dry to matching color). Ultimately I hired James over others because he gave me confidence the job would be done right (his pricing was certainly competitive but not the lowest). I'm very happy I hired James and his crew to do the work. They clearly have a passion for doing excellent work and ensuring their customers are happy. Which I certainly am."

"Biff Blankenship would respond within a day, to my questions prior to the start of work. He kept me apprised of the date for the start of work and did begin work within the promised timeframe. His crew did a fine job. Unfortunately, some idiot teenager, took it upon himself to go behind the taped off area to put his foot prints into the fresh concrete after the crew left. I donâ t know who was more angry â me or Biff. But he sent workers by within a week to patch the footprint holes. II was very impressed by that. I think if you hire Blankenship, you will not be disappointed!"
