"Eric and Eddie arrived about 2 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30th. Eric immediately reviewed all of the various parts of the job with me, so that we were in complete agreement about the work to be done under the contract. Eric and Eddie completed the job in two hours. Eric then reviewed with me all the work to make sure everything was completed. They did a great job. "The work went great. The crew was professional, they arrived on time, and they were very neat. The gutters and gutter guards look fantastic and believe it or not, actually make the front of the house look better than it did before. The job I had was a bit unique in that I have several cut-outs in the overhang. I had several other estimates where they wanted to ignore the cutouts and just put a straight gutter on the fascia board. Bruce Andrews seamless gutters actually took the time to design a plan that addressed the cutouts and included them as part of the project. The result was a much more professional job.

"Initially I was skeptical as the contractor was headquartered almost 100 miles but I figured if he was willing to come this far or give me a bid it was worth consideration. Turned out very well. Chris gave me a no nonsense bottom line bid in about 10 minutes time vs an hour or longer of salesmanship from other bidders. Ultimately Chris’s bid was by far the least expensive for similar materials and product. He is a one man show and his son helps him out on weekends. I would highly recommend him.

"We had a high complexity project requiring working with 2 separate homeowners for a single structure (an 1891 townhouse). The team at Keyprime were extremely clear about project risks and expectations, and that meant that when additional issues were discovered during the project, we already knew about the possibility and were prepared to deal with them. They were excellent communicators (even during a literal plague) and provided really high quality service. The price is relatively high for a re-roof/new gutters, but the material quality is excellent and the workmanship is great.
