Kritéria pre potvrdenie/zamietnutie nominácie

Všeobecné boty

Pripomienkovanie nominácii trvá dva týždne. Na udelenie statusu bota musí bot získať 2/3 podporu a podporu aspoň troch redaktorov.

Ak prejdú minimálne 2 týždne a bot získa potrebnú podporu, pridelí sa mu status bota. V opačnom prípade sa odstráni z nominácií.

Interwiki boty

V prípade, že sa má jednať o bota, ktorý pracuje:

• iba na interwiki odkazoch a
• primárne na inej wikipédii a
• bot už má flag na minimálne piatich a viacerých wikipédiach,

je postačujúce na udelenie flagu:

• preukázanie identity (napr. úpravou na vlastnej stránke jeho operátora) a
• vykonanie niekoľkých (10 – 20) skúšobných úprav. Please make several testing edits (10 – 20) to see if your bot works properly.

V prípade, že úpravy, ktoré boli vykonané na skúšku sú v poriadku a neboli vznesené iné námietky, bude žiadateľovi udelený status bota.

Podpora a námietky

Prosím prečítajte si celú žiadosť predtým ako sa k nej vyjadríte.

• Ak súhlasíte, napíšte {{Za}} (zobrazí Za) spolu s dôvodmi.
• Ak ste proti, napíšte {{Proti}} resp. {{Neutral}} (zobrazí Proti resp. Neutral) spolu s dôvodmi. Každú námietku musí sprevádzať špecifické zdôvodnenie, na základe ktorého je možné žiadosť doplniť, alebo inak upraviť.
  • Ak chcete odstrániť námietku, tak namiesto zmazania ju označte ako neplatnú (napr. s <s>…</s>).

Diskusia

@Epenn-cs, Jetam2: 30 talk page posts per month is not that much, maybe we can keep it running unflagged, at least for some initial period of time to keep track of activities – unflagged posts will be visible in RC with default filtering. --Teslaton (diskusia) 14:28, 24. november 2020 (UTC)

But that has nothing to do with a bot flag. Bot can be run with or without a flag, there are different API limits and RC flooding issues, but in case of edit frequency as low as mentioned, there should be no issues with running unflagged. Posts just will be visible in RC unhidden by default. It won't be first or last bot, running unflagged here (see BlahmaBot, ErfgoedBot or ListeriaBot). --Teslaton (diskusia) 18:20, 17. december 2020 (UTC)

@Epenn-cs, Jetam2: Is there any way of filtering the editors targeted within this initiative according to the quality/value of their contributions (I can imagine number/rate of reverted edits or number of maintenance templates on their talk page as a very simple metrics, for example)? Because encouraging of purely experimental/vandal accounts to do more edits [1] seems to me as quite counterproductive. --Teslaton (diskusia) 20:35, 8. február 2021 (UTC)

Hi, Teslaton, thanks for you note. I work with Jetam2 and thought I'd jump in to respond. We do use filters to remove any users who have flags in their abuse log, but I also saw that at least one user with a 'vandalism' warning received one of our bot's messages. @Harej: Hi Harej. IAbot functionality would be nice to have on skiwki, generally, but I believe, there are steps needed to be done before even first testing edits would be possible: • archival url/date support in local citation templates ({{Citácia elektronického dokumentu}}, {{Citácia periodika}}, {{Citácia knihy}} at least, but there are also proxy templates in use, mapping calls copied from other languages markup, like {{Cite web}}); • bot config and messages localization (as mentioned). I think during initial phase, until we resolve and fine-tune these, bot may better stay unflagged, so that any edits are visible in RC using default filtering. --Teslaton (diskusia) 20:00, 22. apríl 2021 (UTC)
