Reliable did a fantastic job! The team of David and David were very meticulous about cleaning my air ducts, and both furnaces. They showed me how much dirt had built up in my furnace blowers, then got them perfectly clean! The air quality in my house was immediately improved. This was definitely worth the money. I should have had it done years ago!

THE DUCT MAN OF ATLANTA
RJ and Alex were early, which was a good thing because the job took 5 1/2 hours, approximately. The equipment was amazing; a HEPA vacuum strong enough to get out debris from ductwork all over the house. All debris was carried through their own portable ductwork that was attached to the large vacuum. RJ and Alex were courteous and very professional. The job was described beforehand and the cost, as well. Since I had miscounted the number of vents by quite a bit, the job was more than the estimate I got over the phone. I did not fault them for my error, and was still satisfied with the price for the work involved. When the job was finished, RJ went through the house checking that everything was in order. The mold preventative they sprayed in the ducts after they were cleaned left the house smelling fresh and clean. I would not hesitate to give them a top recommendation.

The installers, Henri and Chris were excellent and efficient ( and it was a complicated job in our old house, which required replacing ductwork in the attic). The sales consultant Dustin was also friendly and professional. We feel like we made a good investment in choosing to upgrade our system with Coolray. They aren't the least expensive, but the service and financing options made it worth it.

Willie and Trey were extremely professional and thorough. They took great care to ensure all of our personal belongings were protected and covered during the cleaning process. They replaced a faulty section of ductwork, free of charge, simply because I brought it to their attention. They also spent an extra hour of time retrieving a diamond ring that had been dropped down into one of the supply registers, again, free of additional charges. They did a decent job with my carpet cleaning. I would NEVER recommend them for air duct cleaning. Their technique us outdated and to be honest, our air quality has been worse since they were here. Once they are paid, the "good" customer service is none existing. We had to call experts to install Air duct pads. They are not the industry standard for air duct cleaning. Bad experience.

We just bought a 15 year old house, and the first thing that we have done was an air duct cleaning. They came on time, and worked fast. They noted that the house was not air duct clean because the original duct passage was still intact. Air duct should be done at least every seven years. They also advise us to have mold, bacteria chemical treatment - and when I asked them if they can do it also at that time, they did so. The air duct cleaning plus the mold, bacteria treatment amounted to, if I remember right, $450. They applied a discount on the air duct when I requested. The house smelled brand new after their work.

They were punctual, came out and showed me a video of supposedly my air ducts "before and after", however I didn't realize that they cleaned and showed only the very beginning of air ducts. As I found out later using another company, they didn't even have proper equipment to get even to the middle of the vents - they just vacuumed the very beginning part of the air ducts, and showed me pictures of those areas only. Overall, my money was WASTED!

It took a little more than 3 hours to do my house, and from our house he went straight to my daughter’s house and did hers which was another 4 hours! Recent Review: Jose and Elliot came to my home right on time. We had an appointment and they called ahead. Both men came in to the house and asked me to show them the vents and asked for the key to the crawl space to access the heating/cooling unit and got to work. Duct cleaning is a noisy business but my three dogs finally settled down, because both men were kind to them and they got used to the noise. When the cleaning was finished they cleaned up thoroughly and showed me the dirt that came out of the system!! UGH, I asked if they would clean the dryer vent even though, for some reason, I was unable to print the coupon from Angie's List site. They readily cleaned it up. They brought the paper work and thanked me for working with RS Andrews and were on their way. Good workers and a good job. We have used the services of RS Andrews for our heating and air for years but this is the first time they have done the duct cleaning. We are happy, as always. RS Andrews we think is always just a little more expensive than other providers but they always do a great job. We recommend RS Andrews and Jose and Elliott!

Super Service Award Recent Review: It was a very good experience. The owner came and cleaned out my air ducts. This was very important for me to have this done as I have asthma and I have lived in my home for 38 years. They had never been cleaned. My dryer ductwork was very lint filled. As I am a senior citizen it is near impossible for me to climb a ladder and do all the cleaning. He did an excellent job. I could tell a difference in my home's air quality immediately. And my dryer is drying my clothes as it should, without me worrying about a fire. The owner was very professional and knowledgeable. And extremely friendly and personable. I have already recommended his service to friends and family members.

Once the initial evaluation was complete, he went through the entire process so there were no surprises. We knew the exact cost before any work began. He was very detailed and thorough. He also took pictures before and after to show us the difference. We only scheduled one system but after further research, we realized we needed the other system done. Even though we didn't have it scheduled, the technician stayed to complete the job. The difference in the air quality is noticeable. Well worth the money.

My husband and I were originally quoted $6,500 for our duct cleaning and told we needed to replace our whole duct system by a company that was rated 5 stars in those county approved contractor books that come in the mail. Davis Watkins (owner of AdvantaClean Kennesaw) had conducted a thorough and honest mold remediation on our home before we purchased it. Instantly we called Davis and he came out right away to inspect our duct work. To our surprise, we did not need a whole new duct system.
