    Window World Atlanta is the Best We just had twenty-three windows and a door to our deck replaced by Window World Atlanta, and we endorse this firm wholeheartedly. This was a whole house installation, and we cannot say enough good things about the whole Window World team. Use them! We received five estimates and not only was Window World the most cost-effective, our salesperson Sean P. was the most knowledgeable and upfront. We were very particular about not wanting tinted glass and for Sean P. and Window World, this was not a problem. Untinted glass presented a huge problem for all the other firms. After we placed the order, we were kept up-to-date as the windows were manufactured, shipped from the factory, arrived at the warehouse and finally scheduled for installation. Our installation team consisted of Project Manager Shane D. and Pedro and his crew doing the install. The crew arrived on time around 2:00 after working another project and then worked steadily until we were satisfied at 8:45 that evening. At one point around 7:00 in the evening, the door installation required two seven foot lengths of trim. Instead of reusing the old trim that would have left a ¼ gap at the floor, Pedro sent his men to purchase new trim so that the installation would be done right. Every member of Pedro’s team knew exactly what to do. There was no wasted motion, no conflict and no confusion. When the installation was complete, the site was left spotless including sweeping up, picking up and even vacuuming all construction debris from my house where necessary. Window World provides an extremely high quality product that is backed by a lifetime warranty covering every aspect of their product, and it is fully transferable. All we can add is that we are thrilled with our new windows and door, thrilled with the level of communication, thrilled with the installation and thrilled with both the Window World family and their product. Window World Atlanta is quite simply THE BEST

    Bill and Adriana are very professional. They also had to coordinate construction while we simultaneously built a swimming pool too in the same area, so it was alternating contractors at first. All of this was shoehorned into a small space, and site layout had to be exact, which they did! The crew was very courteous being on the site for 6 months. With any construction project there are always unexpected unknowns, but Ace addressed them promptly. If there was any defect, it was fixed right away. The final product turned out great

    The installers did excellent work and the windows are a vast improvement over the builder’s grade garbage windows we had. The front of our house is much more comfortable in warmer weather. They are not the cheapest, but the quality is top notch w/ a lifetime transferable warranty. If you want quality, American made windows that will last, I highly recommend them

    Frank and his team of professionals were a pleasure to work with during the recent renovation of our deck and sunroom conversion. Decks are their specialty and the quality is in every detail, but the show stopper is the sunroom conversion. While working through the supply chain issues of the Summer, Frank and his team of professionals built a space for my family to grow and enjoy for many years to come. When we do sell, the sunroom will sell this house -- floor to ceiling windows on one side, fireplace with built-in desks, saved the tile floors to keep costs down, 15-foot accordion style door that opens onto a beautifully crafted deck. We love our sun-filled, family-friendly, new space. So in conclusion, would I hire Decks & More again? Emphatically, yes

    This was a very professional group. They were timely, responsive, and kind. The crews they sent to perform the work were very skilled and passionate about their work. My wife described the men repairing damaged wood as craftsmen. They wanted their work to look pristine. They were quick and we didn't have to chase them down to finish anything. For the scope of the work we had done, I met at least 3 project managers, so they are well equipped with manpower to take on larger projects. I'd recommend them to my best of friends
