I called them because of the reviews listed here and the manual that came with my home inspection service recommended them. The home inspection booklet said that they guaranteed service within 24 hours. I called at 8 am on Friday morning and the receptionist wanted to give me a time on the following Monday afternoon. When I told her about the 24 hour service, she gave me a time on the afternoon of the following day (Saturday). Everything else was perfect. The operator arrived on time, explained the service extremely well, sprayed the nest (which promptly disappeared) and charged me an incredibly reasonable fee. Since the nest was just outside my front door, I was concerned that a child would come to the door and be stung. It was very important to have it eliminated as quickly as possible. I would definitely call these people again. Excellent service, top notch in every way.

The Sales Inspector showed up on time and was knowledgeable and professional. We agreed that the Sales Inspector would email me a quote within 24 hours. They do the exterminating on the outside of my home. I use them quite often. They do a really good job. I have not had any problems since I began using them. They are very professional and if I ever have an emergency situation they are quick to call or come.

We had a full house inspection by another company and they told us that we had termites, so we called them and they said that they needed to do another inspection. They told us that it was bad on certain parts of the house and gave us an estimate, which we chose not to do. We scheduled a day and we had to be out of the house for 2 days. They tented the house for 24 hours and then came back and took it down and opened all the doors and took care of the problem for us. I felt that the price was average. They were really good and I have recommended them to other people.

Never a problem with service. We have pets and Greg lets me know before he begins service so we make sure they stay inside. I have had emergencies in the past when I could not be home for service and they reschedule at no additional charge. Highly recommend using Mrs. Bugfree service. Prior to Mrs. Bugfree we used Terminex and they were all about money for service and nothing about professionalism and customer service. Glad we found Mrs. Bugfree.

This particular group is located in Hollister California. They come every two months. They've done for insects, ants and mice. They are very responsive whenever we have a bad run of ants or something. Whenever we need them, I call them and they come the next day. Our specific man who comes and services us is very personable. He's a very friendly guy. We get serviced every two months and then if we have an emergency or a need, they come out on the spot. They are very responsive. They provide good customer care too.

The people I spoke with over the phone were very polite and responsive. They were willing to negotiate some on the pricing, which I appreciated since I was really primarily concerned with a limited area. They were scheduled to come on a Saturday morning but I received a call about an hour before the appointment telling me that he was running late and asked if he could come the following day instead. He offered to provide additional services for no added cost as an apology for the inconvenience. The ant problem was not an emergency so I didn't mind rescheduling. He was professional and quick and the ants were gone the next day. It has been almost a month and they haven't been back.

I can't tell you how it went because Killroy never got back to me. Apparantly they do not need my business. Two days ago I contacted them via their website and they never got back to me. I called them yesterday and left two messages for the guy who services my area and he has yet to return my calls over 24 hours later. I was hoping to get an ant problem taken care of this week and setup a monthly service as spring is just around the corner. Based on their Angies List rating I was hoping for a little more. I decided to go with another company with a good rating who obviously wants my business.
