We used Turner Appliance for our refrigerator repair which. Our refrigerator stopped working in the morning,Turner was very responsive and had a service man out within a couple hours of calling. The issue was the with the fan which needed cleaning off. Initially he thought it might be the motherboard but he unplugged the machine and waited to confirm, and it turned out it was only the fan. Total repair was $125 which included a $10 coupon. The service man was very honest and gave us some honest feedback on our brand and made recommendations for our next purchase down the road. A+ rating and would highly recommend them.

Called at 8 am since our refrigerator wasn't working. They rearranged their day and were at our house by 3 pm. They tested/tried a couple things and when they didn't work, they replaced the circuit board to make it work again. Total time was less than an hour. Very fair rates. Very friendly and polite. Cleaned up well after they were done.

Came to fix refrigerator. Installed a new motor for the compressor. Next night, the refrig stopped working. They came out next morning and advised it was the compressor that was broken, refunded $170 of the $220 charged. I had to buy new refrig, but they treated me fairly.

Could have saved time and diagnostic cost if company would have called to discuss before coming to our house.

My refrigerator was not cooling. I went online to Just Answer.com to get advise and a repair recommendation. After several questions and answers, the tech recommended that we replace the refrigerator ($2,000). I got Turner's number from Angie's list and called on a Sunday. The service on a Sunday was $50.00 extra which, I was expecting and well worth it. This is the only appliance repair service that I found that took Sunday calls. The on-call tech (David) arrived as scheduled and repaired the fridge in 15 minutes (or less). Outstanding!

Recent Review: A&E came at the recommendation of another appliance repair vendor who didn't service my particular model of refrigerator. I made the appointment online, had two experienced techs at my house within 3 hours of making the appointment, and they quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. A&E seems to be an arm of Sears Home Services. Based on past experiences with Sears, I likely would not have called them had I known that before making the appointment (I found out when I made out my check). So I guess I'm very pleasantly surprised and would call them again for a similar issue.

Recent Review: As we were leaving in our camper for a 2000 mile trip, we noticed a gurgling sound from the refrigerator. We had just moved to Indy that week and didn't know any of the usual repair places for this sort of thing. After calling a few RV places who told us they couldn't handle the repair quickly enough, one of them gave me the right company to call, Etters R.V. We called, Keith diagnosed the problem over the phone and agreed to try to repair it in 24 hours so that we could leave on our trip. The work was done on time, even though he had to rebuild a cooling unit to make it fit our older camper! The work was done at the price quoted, and that price was less than the regular RV repair places had quoted. The refrigerator has worked perfectly since the repair. What a great company!

Our refrigerator died on a Friday night and they came out Saturday within an hour of us calling. They didn't have the computer to fix the broken fridge but when I mentioned we had one in the garage that wasn't working, he offered to look at that. He figured out the problem and had that one fixed (so we at least had one working refrigerator!) within 30 minutes. VERY happy with his work, his demeanor and quality of work.
