Excellent. Chris is an outstanding person and provides quality, yet practical service. He doesn't try to sell you on re-grouting your entire shower when all you need is a repair. He has done three showers for me in two separate houses. He is the kind of person you wouldn't hesitate to trust in your home if you weren't there (in fact time, the first time I hired him, I left a key for him and never even saw him!). He does great work, is quick, efficient, professional and entirely reliable. All three times the showers look fantastic, the experience went smoothly and the price was, in my opinion too LOW! Each time I have paid him extra because I think his work is worth far more than he charges. I would hire him again and think of using no one else as long as he is in business.

Had Tony set up to come out and repair some grout issues I'd been having with a tiled shower surround. He was booked out a bit but called back a day or two before we'd scheduled and was out exactly on time. He got all his gear in and started to work when he found the root of the problem-the genius that installed the shower apparently didn't fully secure the cement backer board so it could move a bit, causing grout cracking. He didn't have time to tear everything out and solve that problem so suggested another vendor, replaced the grout he'd removed, and wouldn't take any money for his time (probably 45 minutes at our place plus at least half hour drive each way). Great guy, would definitely have him do work for us in the future.

Tony did a great job, as usual. He was scheduled for Monday morning, and showed up only to find that the plumbing work hadn't been done yet. He quickly agreed to come back the following morning to complete the tile repair job. He was on time and efficient. Chris promptly called back and came the next day to look at the job. He gave me a quote and a date and time (10 days later) to come back and do the work. He came and did the work at the date and time on the estimate. I appreciate that he really knows how to repair grout, he quoted the work and performed the work - no sub's etc... He was clean, neat and quick. He is an expert at repairing grout. He had previously repainted a large kitchen and nook ceramic tile grout for me in my old house. It looked amazing and helped to sell the house because the floors looked terrific. I recommend you call Grout Solutions if you have any grout problems. Tile lasts a long time - but the grout doesn't. If you maintain the grout, you will save money and your tiled area will look great.

The grout in two of our three bathrooms needed to be redone. I called Grout Solutions to get an estimate. We arranged to meet several days later. He arrived promptly and took only about ten minutes to give me an estimate, which was very reasonable. We set the appointment to do the work for about two weeks later. The work was scheduled for a Saturday afternoon. He arrived promptly to do the work. My wife and I left before he finished the work, but when we came home we were very pleased. The new grout looked beautiful. The lines were straight and even. Chris clearly knows what he?s doing. Unfortunately, he missed one small line of grout under a windowsill. I called him on Monday and he came out the next to finish the job. We are pleased with both the customer service and the quality of the work.

We hired Mr Grout & Tile for two different bathroom repair jobs as we get ready to list our house for sale. The master shower had leaked to the ceiling below a few years ago, but we just used the other bathroom to shower and never dealt with it because we weren't sure what to replace it with and feared it would be expensive to fix. When we decided to move, we had to fix it. We figured we'd have to remove and replace the entire wall of tiles as well as the bathroom flooring, where some of the grout had come loose and a few tiles had actually cracked. Tony came out and was able to show us where the leak was and pop off the tiles and replace the problem ones as well as regrout the entire 28-year-old shower. It looks brand new — and for such a reasonable cost! He also completely regrouted and re-caulked the guest bathroom tile shower, so it too looks brand new. The tile floor also looks great, and we were fortunate to find the box of original floor tiles in the attic, so he removed the broken ones and you'd never know. It cost us about $1,400 for all three jobs. That was worth it to make the bathrooms look great before we put our house on the market and way less than we expected to spend replacing all the tiles he was able to save.

Recent Review: Mr. Marble was great to work with. They cleaned and polished the marble in each of the 4 rooms, repaired chips in grout, put epoxy over old holes to hide and blend them in as best as possible, etc. They're accommodating and professional - in a couple of situations, I asked them to redo some of the patch jobs because I thought a lighter color would look better, and they were happy to do it. I would highly recommend Mr. Marble and intend to use them every year or so to re-polish everything.

Recent Review: On-time, friendly service. Seems to be good, quality repairs. My only warning would be to establish *up front* the total cost for the job **including supplies** and time required. While I do understand repair supplies might be an additional fee, a 2 x 8 x 12 piece of plywood is $8 at Lowes. A gallon of tile adhesive is $14, and a 10 lb bag of grout is $13. I was not provided a receipt for supplies, so I had to price these items online at lowes.com, as I was told they had come from that store. Further note, contractors get a discount, which I would imagine a professional handyman would use, but either way... I was hit with a $40 "supplies" charge to which I strongly objected. My job didn't require a gallon of tile adhesive or 10 lbs of grout. Screws and nails are change, and should be included IMO for handyman services. However, as handyman stated when I raised my concern, these items are not "given away." Basically, I would urge you to establish a total cost and total time required **up front** to avoid any unpleasant surprises in the end. (Perhaps I should've known to do that. Live and learn.)

Recent Review: . They just did a standard job. It was not anything particularly special. The young guys that came did a nice job selling me on doing a kind of cleaning that I was planning to do. It was not anything special. They just did a standard job. Perfectly frank on carpet cleaning I am not in favor after having had it done for the second time in the last 25 years at home. I am not a believer in carpet cleaning. It looks great when you need to sell your house. Having the carpets cleaned makes the house look really beautiful for about a month. But as soon as the temperature starts to rise and the house gets humid again within a month or two, most of the issues you have had before starts to come back. I would not have a professional carpet cleaner come in and do my house again. Nothing wrong with Stanley Steemer, I would not have it done by anybody. I would rather replace the carpeting after 6 to 7 years. That is my belief on it. Or change my floor to wood and tile and give up the carpeting. Nothing against Stanley Steemer, they did a fine job at a fair price. My own personal experience with carpet cleaning is one that it does not last long enough to make worth the money. I did not know Stanley Steemer did grout cleaning on tile until they came. If you issues with grout they come do it with the machines. It might take you a day or two to do it by hand by yourself; they can knock it off in an hour and half. They have a machine that is designed to do it. This machines shoots steam in a narrow band similar size to grout line on tile. Then it suctions back up the moisture that condenses from the steam in the similar manner. So they go line by line super fast which would take you hours and may be even days to do. I did not know that they did it and it was helpful for me. That piece of their I would do again. They did good solid job.

Recent Review: We have used Ross to clean our carpet for a few years and he always did a nice job with that, so we asked him to clean our ceramic tile and grout (about 450 square feet). Actually, Ross pointed out that we would see a dramatic improvement in our ceramic tile if we had it cleaned and he was right...Ross had our tile looking like new! He put forth the same high quality effort with the tile as he always does with the carpet and often goes the extra mile that larger carpet/tile cleaning companies just can't replicate. I would highly recommend Ross for any tile or carpet cleaning project you may have. He is professional, courteous, hard working, fair and does not compromise quality for time.
