From the first contact the process was smooth and very professional. 1) Responded quickly to online request 2) Arrived right on time for measure and quote 3) Accurate and fair quote that was the price we ended up paying (always a good thing!!!) 4) Installation crew (Zac and his team) very courteous, punctual, and cleaned up after themselves very day 5) Took good care of our walls/doors/carpet through rest of house 6) Ran a little over the scheduled time for installation so came back on Saturday for a few hours to finish everything off Very impressed - thank you all

Price was good and general workmanship was excellent. Communication between BD and their installer and myself where horrible. Plans, pre prep, seizing, followup etc was seldom if ever completed in a timely manner. On 4 separate occasions I had to stop by store for face to face followup that was not completed even after promises. Even after all these problems the final cleanup was never completed. While the finished product looked good I would not recommend BD, the surrounding communication problems were just to much.

Exceptional experience. Chris was courteous and punctual, and did an excellent job. We will definitely use him again.

Roger made a last minute change in his regular schedule to work in my job as he knew that I had to get it done. We had some trouble with the backing on the natural stone but he was able to solve the problem due to his years of experience.(The problem was from the manufacturer, not Roger.) He did the natural stone work for me in a day and also went above and beyond the job by doing some extra things to help me because I had expressed concern on how to do it. i.e; installing the toilet in the bathroom. Roger was prompt, efficient, professional and provided an excellent result.

They were on time and did a very very good job. It looks wonderful. I'm so happy with them, from the sales person to the man who put the floor in. They were all very nice and knew about the tile and how it was to be measured and put in. It didn't take long and he explained what he was doing and why. If he wasn't sure how we wanted something he asked before going on.

We arrived at the store to select our tile and countertop stone. We were given the names of a couple sales reps at the recommendation of the company that was going to install the tile. Overall, our salesman was knowledgeable, but a quite condescending. We don't know a lot about tile, and his responses to our questions were curt and laced with a little more attitude than appropriate. He was helpful to show us a number of options, but there was sort of a "hurry up and decide" urgency (and we weren't taking a painfully long time). That said, he did help us make good decisions and we were thrilled with the tile and stone. Their price was much better than another place we looked and they have excellent displays. So, all that stuff said, I'd recommend them just choose your sales person carefully.

The class is great! My mom and I both learned a lot. It's about 4 hours and really does walk you through the steps. What's nice is that when you combine what you see and do (you get to practice cutting, laying and grouting the tiles) with reading some basic books, you really can do it yourself. It helps when you get stuck to picture what you did that day. And the staff was very good about answering any questions we had. It was a very good experience. Their natural stone tiles were beautiful and that's probably where I will buy them for some of my upcoming projects. I didn't buy my ceramic tiles there simply because they didn't have the exact color that I needed.

They were able to come help me on a short notice. I have used them before for my dining room and two of my bathrooms and the floor has held up so well that I had them come out a month ago to do the kitchen for me. Part of the service includes them cleaning the entire floor before applying the grout sealant, so I would say that they go above and beyond. They are professional and they do a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them and use them again in the future.

She overlooked the jobs and made sure that everything was done perfectly and on time. Lisa and all the people that she chose to do the actual work were all professional and I felt very comfortable leaving the house with them there.

We solicited three bids for this project. Dave's was, by far, the lowest of the three. His website shows beautiful pics of past jobs, we'd received glowing reviews of his work from a neighbor, and he was the most receptive to and flexible with our needs. Our cost breakdown was $2,100 for labor and ~$2,900 for materials. Dave suggested a tile shop for us to select our tiles and accessories from - giving us time to narrow down our preferences alone (smart guy!). Then he accompanied me back to the shop to confirm our choices as appropriate, make improvements to the design, and finalize the tile purchase. When the work began, Dave was very accommodating to our daily schedule and was punctual. He stayed in contact with me when I was unable to be home. From day one, he was super cautious about keeping our home clean and very respectful of the fact that he was moving through our bedroom area daily. He cleaned up the work area at the end of every day. Throughout the entire process, Dave made several helpful suggestions that saved us money in our selections. He made adjustments along the way as we asked questions and made requests. He was very encouraging to us as we made these requests. We had heard that we just might not want to LEAVE our shower the first few days after the work was done, but it's been over a month since the job was completed and we still take longer showers than we need to. :) He did an absolutely beautiful job, paying attention to all of the little details that come up. We couldn't be happier and are planning the next project for Dave to do for us!

Sonny Viespira is the owner of Viespira Tile and Stone and was recommended by Laura at Natural Stone in Carmel. I could not recommend anyone more highly for tile work. Not only was Sonny responsive to my calls. He absolutely worked with me on choosing the right grout for this project with the finished job outstanding! We could not be more pleased. I want other people to know about him.

We had a full kitchen remodel and Mitchell did the tile portion. He did impeccable work, is a very hard worker and was professional. If we have tile needs again we will definitely use his service. He did not deviate from the plan we had agreed upon. It was truly a great experience.

It was a very smooth and pleasant experience from beginning to end. He answered all of our questions and made sure we were completely satisfied. He was prompt and efficient, completing the work in the time frame agreed on. We plan to have more tile work done in the future and will definitely call Pat.

All sub-contractors and Booher employees arrived on time, were very courteous and did a very good job.

Although we had a mix-up on the date someone was coming to measure the space and set up a date for installation, Sylvia was great to work with. (We had to replace ceramic tile a year earlier than we had planned because the toilet broke loose because the floor around it was rotten. Unlike two other companies we contacted, Sylvia knew who to call to get the old ceramic tile removed and the rotten flooring replaced. Robinson, Inc, whom she recommended responded immediately and did a great job.) The installers arrived on time. They finished laying the underlayment and the new vinyl in 8 hours and did good work, but I was less than thrilled that immediately upon arrival one of them asked to use the bathroom. Throughout the day, they asked to put drinks in my refrigerator and asked to use the bathroom two more times. One of them also asked for an Advil because he said he was getting a headache.
