Indianapolis Batt Insulation Installation

Very pleased with Mr. Gibbons and his crew. The work was preformed in a timely manner and the clean up was great! They were very professional.

Two workers showed up on time, installed insulation, cleaned up the areas they accessed in the attic.

I had an estimate performed by Gary - he impressed me when he arrived with his own ladder. I appreciated the thorough way that he assessed the situation and how he proposed to address the work that I wanted done. He sent a sub-contractor to estimate the carpentry that would be part of the job. I never received any quote, even after leaving a message in case he had lost my contact information. I was very disappointed.

They did a great job. They were punctual. Their quote was accurate. They even came back to insulate the crawlspace. I was very pleased with their service.

Starting with the estimate, all of the people from Alpine were extremely courteous and professional. They showed up on time, they completed the work quickly and they left no mess. Nick was a great installer! We didn't see Cody much because he was out running the equipment in the truck. A superb job by a great group of people!

I purchased a deal on Angie's List for 500sq ft of insulation. Communication from the beginning wasn't great. I scheduled a time and date and then received an email the week of asking which date we had agreed upon. All email was through Angies List so if he had viewed the email history it clearly showed the date we agreed upon. Then he went to the wrong address which again the email traffic clearly showed the address of the new house. I always appreciate it when service companies wear foot coverings when they enter the house and this company did not. The work was completed, but not at all an "A" rated company.

david (the owner) made several trips to address my concerns about insulation and possable moisture problems that i thought may occur.he was patient and very helpful with the obvious intent to please me and see that the job was done right.site was clean and in order when job was done.it was a pleasure to deal with someone who cared about the work done by his company.

They offered a much better price than other estimates I had received. They did a very good job with the work.

I thoroughly enjoyed the two gentlemen that came out. They arrived on time, were very knowledgeable, and cleaned up after they had finished. I had a burnt out light bulb in my entryway. It was out of reach for me and I didn't have a ladder, so they used their own and helped me replace it. The job went by much quicker than I had anticipated and I'm glad they did a good job.

I called Bone Dry Interiors/Exteriors for an estimate to have insulation placed in my attic. My house was built in 1923 and had old wall insulation which had fallen down from the walls. Dave came out and measured my areas(due to confiquration of attic, there were 3 areas needing attention). He was very professional and gave me several options to choose from. I did contract with them to do the job. The workers arrived on time and worked until the job was completed. All the old wall insulation was removed and new wall insulation was applied. I also had additional insulation blown in. They were very professional and cleaned up after they were done. I can now enjoy my upstairs! There is a tremendous difference in the temperature and comfort level upstairs. Would not hesitate to use them again!

They came when they said they were going to and did the work and cleaned up afterwords. They were courteous and polite. He asked me to come and look because the previous job was so bad, but I didn't want to go up all of those steps!

We love these folks! They've installed insulation, painted, restored a wood door, and hung wall board for us. Every job was done with extreme professionalism and on time. Rates are fair and reasonable.

2 gentlemen called to say they were going to be late; arrived almost 2 hours late. The job itself well done, as discussed and they left 4 hours later after cleaning up.

Sales rep was great to work with - I asked about ventilation in the attic and whether an attic fan should be installed. He did not take this opportunity to sell me something I did not need - he told me the ventilation was fine without the addition of a fan. The installers were prompt, polite, and did a great job cleaning up. They also installed vents for the bathroom fans which I had not initially asked about. One of the fans was extremely noisy and he spent some time cleaning and lubricating it, which I'm certain was above and beyond the installation of the vents!

They did a great job of installing the insulation, but I had them install an attic fan enclosure for $200. It consisted of 2 inch foam board taped together with duct tape. By the end of the day in the heat, the duct tape had failed & the enclosure collapsed. I called them back to repair the enclosure though I didn't feel 200 bucks was worth it for a 20 dollar foam board & a couple quarter's worth of duct tape & a mediocre job on the enclosure. I didn't have a day available so I was led to believe they would call back when they had time to fix it. I never heard back so I made an awesome enclosure from the foam board that could probably withstand a hurricane if it was lucky enough to be exposed to one in my attic. They felt bad about the enclosure & refunded the total cost of it. The letter that accompanied the refund check also stated they have taken steps to correct the problem, & I believe it. The only reason I gave them a ''B'' on ''quality of work'' is for the attic fan enclosure.
