One company came out and said we needed a full replacement of our condensor. Smith & Son found a small leak and repaired it. 5 years later its working just fine.

Roy had a new grandchild today (April 16, 2019) and still made time to see me. If that doesn't exemplify dedication, what does?

I had Steve come out to give me a second opinion after another company told me I needed to replace my furnace. Steve diagnosed and fixed the issue with the furnace within 30 minutes and the repair was minimal.

Brewer Heating and Cooling did a minor repair under extended warranty on a component that failed on a heat pump they installed 10 years ago, the first repair since installation. Service was quick, and professional. Their NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certification was one factor in selecting Brewer H&C originally. Short-cuts are more often taken than not in installation of HVAC systems, which can shorten the life of the system, and result in higher heading / cooling bills. Brewer mechanical did an exceptional job in installing the system per the proper procedures. They also listened to my concerns and issues I had with my original system (by another contractor) and addressed those in the new system. The result is after 10 years, the system performance as measured is as good as when it was installed.

Great, Technician was very professional, checked the a/c for any issues fixed what was wrong and got my system up and running. Will definitely call again.

REPAIR WORK WAS DONE A FEW MONTHS BACK. I GOT MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT AND I HAD A CHARGE FROM THE COMPANY. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY SAID THAT INITIALLY THE CHARGE DID NOT GO THROUGH ON MY CARD. I ASKED WHY THEY DID NOT CALL ME AND LET ME KNOW. SHE SAID SHE DOES NOT CALL PEOPLE ANYMORE SHE WILL JUST SEND THEM TO COLLECTIONS. I THINK THAT THEY JUST MISPLACED OUR BILL, DID NOT CHARGE US AND THEN SEVERAL MONTHS LATER THEY FOUND THAT THEY NEVER CHARGED US. SO, THEY WENT AHEAD AND CHARGED OUR CREDIT CARD.

Quoted on a split AC system--very expensive performed maintenance on existing system

A/C coil had a hole in it and A/C unit was frozen. Carl came out right away. He was very polite and professional. Called a large national named company first (don't know why). National company quoted $1600 more for the same service and it took 2 appointments with them to find the issue and get a cost to repair. Carl took about 10 minutes to find the issue, quoted a great price and came the next day to repair. Replaced A coil and did some extra work that was needed. Carl is the best. I will continue to call him for all out HVAC needs. Great guy, highly recommend him,

THE SERVICE WAS FINE. THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY AND REPLACED ONE PART. THEY DID GET IT UP AND RUNNING AGAIN! THEY HAVE BEEN DOING OUR HEATING AND COOLING FOR YEARS NOW.

Bill was great. After leaving voice mails for a few composites he was the only one that called me back. I prefer using local, family owned companies rather than bug corporate ones due to usually having better service and Bill didn't disappoint. He gave me an exact time he would arrive. He called and gave me an hour heads up so I was able to leave work and get home to meet him. He diagnosed the problem immediately and got to work. He walked me through everything he did, which I love, and showed me exactly what he was doing. The pipe was unclog get and he treated everything to make sure it was working properly. He even called me the next day to make sure the AC was working properly still. I will definitely use him in a few months to tune up my entire unit.
