"I delivered the works, pendulum and weight to Tom Moore, and after he finished the repairs, he brought the clock to my home, installed it back in the wooden cabinet, and adjusted the beat on the pendulum. The repairs took a while (the gear with the broken teeth had to be mailed off to Ohio), but I was not in a hurry. I considered the total price to be reasonable -- less than I expected for 35+ hours, and Tom did terrific work. His skill, experience and dedication show. I am extremely pleased. I would not have trusted a repair this complicated, to THIS clock, to anyone else.

"Called on Monday, David came on Wednesday, right on time; he quickly disassembled the parts & wrapped it up and loaded it on the van, and arrived at new destination. While there he offered to service it too as he could tell it had not been tuned up in several years and quoted me the additional price for that, and I accepted. The whole thing took just under one hour, and the clock is running great in its new home!

"I had a few drywall repairs needing done including holes. Eric estimated would take 4 hours of time to complete. He would not honor his coupon for 4 hours of drywall work for $119 that I just bough but did apply toward his $250 price. The second day he was 5 hours late arriving to the worksite. Said he locked the keys in his truck. Total job took 5 hours. Work was done okay but not great. You can definitely see each and every repair done. He does not use drop cloths so there was quite a bit of vacuuming and cleanup I had to do when he left. He will also not honor the Angieslist coupon and will want payment in cash. All in all if you are in a bind and want okay quality work, you're okay paying full price, and okay spending time cleaning up after him then Eric may be your guy. He's a nice enough guy. I also had him paint a couple rooms at a rental the next day because my regular painter was not available. Painting skills not great either but the work got done.

"I wanted to move an expensive grandfather clock from didn't trust this task to a moving company. I contacted Timemasters. The technician came to the first residence and took about 45 minutes preparing the clock for the move including removing the pipe chimes and pendulum. He inspected and lubricated the clock before loading it into his vehicle. He then moved the clock to his carpeted vehicle which was set up for furniture sliding in and out. He then drove 45 minutes to the new residence and unloaded the clock. He concurred with the new location for the clock and set it up. He then tested it and set the correct time. He also gave me instructions for optimum handling of the clock. I thought the excellent service was well worth the money.
