The work and workers were very organized and punctual. My only complaint is I preferred cedar wood for shutters assumed that was what I was getting until I checked and found the price quoted was not for cedar wood but a cheaper wood ,but it was listed on work sheet cedar wood and a price. In the future I will check if item listed is what I am getting.

was very professional and even went to Lowe's to get matching stain because I didn't like the color he had! Great job and great customer service....I have since recommended him to all my neighbors!

Good work, good communication, good price. Phillip removed the broken tiles on the front porch, trimmed the brick step that was pushing up the porch tiles above it, put down a new bed of brick mortar, cleaned the replacement tiles (recycled from the porch side skirting), set the tiles, noting that they are brick, not ceramic or other material; brick mortar for brick tiles. In the 100° heat, he worked all afternoon, did a thorough job, and the porch looks great! We will be calling Phillip for our next home repairs. Thank you, Integrity Home Services!

Had to wait awhile for available date but it was not a problem for me. The scheduled day there were plenty of workers who were all very nice and pleasant. They got the job done very quickly and took care of all they said they would. I was very pleased at the outcome especially for the price.

Scott is a very nice guy. He was prompt and polite. Thoroughly explained what was required to fix the doors and the wood rot on the siding on outside of house. He found the one door needed to be replaced due to the wood rot but he managed to fix it so it would be ok for another 6 months to a year. Did the work requested quickly and efficiently. Professional job at a reasonable rate.

I hired Jay to repair and replace some wood siding, studs, and drywall on my spare room on a detached garage that had gotten water damaged over the years from a gap where water could trickle in. Jay and his colleagues were great and able to replace the water damaged areas within a few days as well as fully shore up the area where water was originally able to creep in. Jay was very responsive and easy to work with. Very impressed with his work and we would use again.

Artisans Home Repair did an excellent job. They repaired a fence gate (human,, non-motorized) so that it now opens and shuts correctly. Had to replace/reseat the latch; repair some boards on the gate; and cut/trim the bottom of the gate.

Excellent service was provided. Mr. Nelson explained that much less work was needed than we anticipated. He replaced the bad wood, caulked and painted all four door bases within less than 4 hours. He is a very nice gentleman and I would recommend him to anyone needing repairs. We have already scheduled future repairs with this group and I have requested Mr. Nelson as a provider if possible..

The layout of the backporch and pool created some design issues but Statewide Remodeling was able to overcome those issues and provide the PERFECT porch for us. The lifetime warranty that came with the porch was a big selling point for us and it only took about 2 days for complete install.

Tim Branch and his crew did an outstanding job. The project consisted of enclosing an existing covered porch and (exterior to the covered porch) constructing 800 sq ft of wooden deck above ground on concrete piers. He also stained the deck to our specifications as well as constructing a screen door and building a pergola. All the work was exceptional in quality. We live in Rock Creek Resort.

They had done some previous work for me and was happy with that work. Had them come and give me an estimate on what I thought I needed to rectify some shifting which had caused the bricks to come loose. After hearing what I wanted, he told me that they could do what I wanted but he couldn't guarantee that it would solve the problem. He said the I could pay someone to point and tuck my brick 10 times over, for what I would have to pay them. Really appreciated his honesty and professionalism.

The porch was okay. But I was lucky I was there because they started to put up 3 poles instead of 4. They also put a board in between the house and the porch that doesn't match the porch or the house. It was hard to get ahold of the guy in charge and when I did, he acted like he was in a hurry.

From start to finish our patio roof extension project went very well. I started out by getting three estimates for the job I wanted done which was to extend my patio coverage. Elegant Outdoor Living wasn’t the cheapest nor was it the most expensive. It was in the middle of the other two and it seemed a very fair price for the work to be done. Matt came out to my home very quickly and listened to my requests with sincerity. He explained some requirements that would be needed in order for what I want to pass city inspections and be of the highest quality. I greatly appreciated this information up front instead of halfway through the job as has happened to me in other contract projects by other contractors. Once a payment schedule was agreed upon, a contract was signed and a date was set to start the work. As promised and right on time, Matt had the supplies delivered and the workers on site. Montana and Kevin were awesome! They worked well together and were focused on the task at hand. When it was appropriate, they asked for my input on some of the finer details such as placement of a ceiling fan mount and what I wanted the edge of the facing to look like. I was very impressed that they took the time to do that instead of just making a guess on what I might like. The electricians, the painter, and Jon the gutter installer all asked me exactly what I wanted and where. I was very impressed that they all worked very seamlessly with the others on site when they were here at the same time. Overall my wife and I are very pleased with the outcome, the time it took to complete, and most of all the professionalism of Matt and his crew. Throughout the entire process I was told that my satisfaction was the most important thing and that they will do everything they can to make that happen. They easily succeeded in that goal. I don’t have anymore projects planned at this time but when I do, my first call will be to Elegant Outdoor Living! I highly recommend Matt and his crew be your first call as well.
