We could not be more pleased! We just built a new home and our second floor Exercise / Game Room required additional storage space. We did a ton of research before we found Premium Cabinets of North Dallas. We met Ofelia, the owner, one rainy cold Saturday morning in her office and showed her the room dimensions and pictures. She went over options and provided us with a quote on high quality pre-made manufactured cabinets that would suit our purposel that her team could install, which was VERY reasonably priced. She also suggested, before we decided, that we give her the chance to work up a quote for custom made cabinets, hand crafted by her own talented team, that could be made wider than stock made units, and more custom fit to our space. She asked us the types of wood we liked best and we gave her three types. She told us she would get back to us the next day. My wife and I left her show room and as we drove home we talked and never thought we would be able to afford “custom made” cabinets, especially after just buying a new home. The next day Ofelia called and emailed us quotes for the three different types of wood we gave her, and when we compared prices to the pre-made, manufactured cabinets, we were very surprised. For just a little more money, we were able to get custom made solid oak cabinets (we selected oak) with a granite top for the lower section. Ofelia personally came to measure the job and her “White Glove” delivery team literally expertly hauled these heavy, fully made oak cabinets up to the second floor of our home a week prior to installation. The day of installation her install team was there on time (actually early!) and cut the baseboard so precisely that their was NO ... I mean NO repair or patch work needed. The cabinets fit so precisely and tight to the cut baseboard, it was as if they were original and later the baseboard was installed! They even cut the electrical receptacles into the cabinet backs for use. I’ve done a lot of home remodeling in my time ... and I’ve built two homes myself as the general contractor so I know my way around a hammer and saw. I was blown away by the quality of workmanship. The finish carpentry and craftsmanship of these cabinets is extraordinary. The installation work is perfect. The cleanup was amazing. I’m attaching pictures. Judge for yourself. I’ve been an Angies List subscriber for about 15 years ... originally from Indianapolis where they began before moving to Dallas, and I don’t often give a service provider five stars ... if there were six stars I would give them to Premium Cabinets of North Dallas and proudly welcome you to my home to inspect their work. I cannot endorse them highly enough.

Terry and his crew did a great job remodeling a dated back room for us. He was quick to respond to our needs and took care of any questions/concerns that we had. Terry's Forman David did a great job and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the job. Best of all the final cost came in 15% under budget. Would definitely recommend Bantex to friends and family.

My husband and I were LTC Professional Builders' first clients back in December 2003. Since that time Jeff Parrent and his wonderful crews have added a game room to our house, gutted and remodeled our kitchen, moved our family room fireplace and replaced it with an Austin Stone one, installed oversized french doors to replace the moved fireplace, totally remodeled our bathrooms, painted our entire house, built an outdoor storage shed, and many smaller projects. We joke that we own a David Weekly/LTC Pro Builders house. The last job was typical for the company - highest quality of work, done on time, on budget, by the nicest tradesmen you'll ever work with. Jeff always ensures that no matter what you are completely satisfied with the outcome of the project. Although we're running out of projects for Jeff and his company, we have recommended him many times to our friends who have all been as pleased with the finished products of their projects as we've been. We recommend LTC and Jeff without any reservations.

Dennis and his son were absolutely amazing. The work they did turned out even better than I had imagined it would be. Every detail was thought of and taken care of properly. Not only would I recommend hiring them, I will hire them again for more projects that need to be done. There is a reason they are always booked out for several weeks.....the work is quality at affordable prices. The work site was left spotless. We love our new room addition. It greatly added to the value of our house. Thank you guys!!!

Contracted Daniel to install a wall and set of double doors on the entry to a game room and build matching cabinet doors to a kitchen desk we rarely used to increase kitchen storage. He was very prompt with an estimate and to schedule the work when we decided to proceed. He was punctual and kept us informed of progress throughout. The finished product looked great. The cabinet doors we added are indistinguishable from the rest of our cabinets. The upstairs walls and doors appear to be originals to the house as built. He was able to work around our schedules and had no complaints from our nanny who was taking care of two small children during his work days. He was responsive to any adjustments we requested without any hesitation. Would call him again for any work needed.

Great - workers were professional, careful, meticulous, knowledgeable, perfectionists. I was very comfortable with them in the house, they redid a couple of things that I didn't even notice. Everything looks great, they came up with solutions to some uneven original floors.

They did a great job on the project and we are pleased with the results. We would certainly hire them for another project. The only downside we had were delays in completion and most of that was with suppliers and sub contractors. Statewide prices are high but you get what you paid for and I believe that they will stand behind their work!

Sandy is a true professional, honest, knowledgeable and reliable who delivers on what she promised. Her price, delivery and finished product exceeded our expectations and were better than out traditional interior designer at a fraction of the cost. We are having her do out game room, kitchen and living room.

This was a large project, encompassing our formal living room and guest bathroom remodel. Sheet rock, painting our living room, fireplace tile, foyer, dining room, stairway, game room and ceiling. The guest bath remodel included new custom tile work, vanity, shower door and fixtures.

She was extremely responsive to my request and we were able to schedule a convenient time for her to come out. She arrived on time. She had a lot of paint samples with her. She was very knowledgeable about color. I am so glad we found her. I will most definitely use her again should the need ever arise. Highly recommend!

Things went pretty well. Quality of work was decent. Home owner was present at the time of work and occasionally helped to make some adjustments to improve the quality of the job. Installing glass rail took more than usual time, other items were installed and worked on in reasonable time frames.

My family and I are extremely pleased with the quality of work. All work work was completed to expectations. Very professional, knowledgable and helpful. We remodeled our game room into a mother in-law suite, adding a half-bath and enlarged a closet. We also remodeled a full bath, and all work is beautiful! The closet exceeded our expectations. Would recommend and would definately use again if needed.

The project went extremely well. Crossroads team did a fantastic job and were are very happy with the way everything turned out. We have been using the room even more than we thought we would. Crossroads has a great team. The team was extremely friendly, professional, communicated well, and completed the project timely. We talked to three different contractors before selecting Crossroads as we thought they offered the best product and were the most responsive to our inquiry. They were also able to start the project very quickly. Overall, we will be using Crossroads for future projects and have already recommended them to friends and family.

She's very good at what she does. She's very detailed. She's good at managing different personalities and figuring out what would work best within the space and working with the colors that you like. She manages to process very well from a timeliness standpoint and sticking to a budget. Overall, she did a very good job. She's got a very pleasant personality. She's very easy to deal with as well. Her price is good.

I was pleased with his work especially considering he was quite a bit lower than competitors. There was a miscommunication in caulking the upstairs windows and master bath windows, but when I asked about it, he did offer to come back and do them. I didn't take him up on his offer and just did it myself, but it was appreciated. I found a few specks of paint on faucet handles in bathroom and elsewhere, but this wasn't too big of a deal to me especially considering this isn't a huge company with the huge company price tag. I would use him again.
