So happy we did this! The amount of grime that came out of what I thought were my clean floors astounded me!🤯Thanks Philip!!

We had been rescheduling due to last minute work changes. The person explained that it was a two man team and would be ok to help with some light furniture move. Their scheduling team did a great job to work with us. Last week, I sent an email and got an immediate response including an opening this week. The team called an hour ahead, arrived explained what's covered, what would be done, and what would be needed to be done after the work was completed. This was a bit different from what I assumed would be covered. This was my first time getting this kind of clean up done. They helped clarify the work. We agreed and they asked for the Angie's List voucher and started the work. Frank and Austin were courteous, professional and cleaned up after the work was completed. I appreciate the help and the clean floors. Would recommend them and use them again next time.

Great Company, they are very professional. Did a great job cleaning floor tile and grout. Can't remember the cost, but it was a special they had, and it was very reasonably priced. Christine was really great at getting back to me to schedule time slot for work. Would definitely use their services again.

This service provider was excellent. Larry came out soon after the call to provide an estimate for the work which included the following: 1. Replace two broken tiles in phase 1; 2. Several days later in phase 2 a crew arrived to clean the floor area and "stain" tile grout in the kitchen, breakfast, den, laundry and half-bath. During the time of the service all crew members cleaned up the work area after the service and conducted themselves professionally. Larry called several days later to follow up.

I left the house with instructions how to get in, they cleaned, and I returned to find it fresh and pretty.

Called to put new grout in shower - removed old grout. Used them once before and was extremely pleased.

Great. William was intent on getting right color of grout. He cleaned and sealed the grout the same day. He was clean and neat.

Went fine... they were very timely, professional and did a good job. Unfortunately there were sections that were stained they were unable to clean in the kitchen.

Joel was GREAT! He was very thorough, took his time to do the job the right way, cleaned up, and was very personable. I wish I had more jobs for him to do. I'll be calling him whenever something comes up. He completely removed all old grout and replaced. The first time I had this done with a different contractor, they spent only 15 minutes and just covered the old with the new. It cracked again within 6 months. Joel did it the right way and spent 3.5 hours. He even taped the tile to ensure the lines were perfect. He's not getting paid by the hour, so this is honorable and worth noting.

They showed up on time and did a great job cleaning the grout. Did not need to color or restore my grout.

Vendor was quick to respond to my inquiries and was on-time for the estimate and work appointments. The vendor was able to match the color of the existing grout very closely. The laying of the product was not done evenly and the cosmetic look is not very good. However, I have since noticed that they replaced the grout with a rubberized caulk made to look like grout and it is already failing in some areas. . I paid to have grout replaced with grout not some cheap caulk.

They were very responsive in returning calls, scheduling and arriving, very personable. My tile was clean but some of the more dirty grout lines on my 1 yr old floor didn't seem to be much, if any, cleaner than when they finished.

I have two showers. Cory cleaned the grout in both showers. He showed me where there is missing grout, areas that appear to be dirty but it is not dirt, it is missing grout. He showed me how to apply the grout. Also quoted price for cleaning marble flour and wood floors.He did a good job.

This is an update to my previous update. Larry came out and removed the grout from the tub tile and fixed the stain on the kitchen tile grout. I'm a happy camper now. I don't get an email notice when a vendor responds to a review so I did not know that he had responded to both of my previous reviews.

It worked out great. They were very prompt. The quote was exactly what we wanted. The work was done very quick and very efficient. I would give them an A on everything.
