"I am so pleased with the job that Carroll Custom Painting did on the exterior of my home. We were affected by the tornado in Oct 19 and the whole house (~ 6,000 square feet) needed to be power washed and painted. The original GC doing the repair work was submitting outrageous estimates to the insurance company for the work so I pulled the work from their contract and obtained three separate bids. Carroll was one of the more reasonable bids, Chris was very responsive during the bidding process and we got the impression he and his team would be the most meticulous. They wrapped everything up a few days early and we are so glad we chose them. The house looks better than it did when it was brand new. Chris communicated very clearly, he and his team did everything just as they said they would do, his team was clearly very experienced, was careful with the property, cleaned up every night and very well when they were finished. I will absolutely use Carroll in the future and would highly recommend.

"This was a sizable project, making a wall where there was previously an archway, cutting a new arch and installing an ornate door in a completely different spot, special wall insulation, tile work, many days of wine rack installation, cooperating with the HVAC folks, led and other lighting fixtures and more. Eric was responsive, prompt and professional from the first contact through completion of the job. We ran a bit over budget and a bit long but it was due largely to our change orders. He is honest and up front with costs and was willing to bid the job for labor and materials, unlike other gutter companies that charge an upfront $500-$1000 to just show up. We had a small job that will make a big difference to a section of our lawn, which had turned to mud due to the excessive rain this year.
