"Perfect. Better than expected. I have a beautiful queen sleigh bed but the vinyl was peeling off. I reached out to Star Upholstery and they replaced the ruined vinyl with a top quality leather and the bed is absolutely gorgeous. If I can figure out how to upload pics, I will post a before and after pic. Art was fast, professional and everything was delivered on time just like he said. I am so very pleased with the quality and service. I keep staring at the work and saying, “how did they do this so perfect?” Top Notch!!!!!!

"What a great experience. I am very particular about my car and was disenchanted with the dealership who wanted $1200 to replace a prematurely sagging headliner in my Porsche Cayman S. Jose and Rich walked me through the wide assortment of headliners available and had it installed the following day at a fraction of Autobahn Porsches price. Jose even kept my car indoors after the repair since it was storming because he knew i wouldn't want it rained on. Now that's customer service!

Charles was the technician, he was very good, did a survey before doing the job, before he came he informed me that he is on the way, he did not up sell me, just told me what exactly I needed and did not pressure me on getting a service that I didn't need. He was very careful with my furniture and made sure that nothing will be damaged and no walls will be marked or scratched. Work was quick and thorough, that exactly what I've needed.

Decorating on a Shoe String, a service for the cost-conscious, has many happy clients in the Dallas metroplex. The company was founded by Ginny Andrews 17 years ago and has morphed from providing window treatments, furniture and accessories to include residential remodeling and commercial design.
"We thought it went well, Ginny's coordinates her crews to come in and do their thing.  She has had the same crews for quite some time, as our neighbors used her prior to us.  Her crews were professional in my experience.  She or her handi woman were present for the major pieces of this remodel which I appreciated.  There were a couple items that needed to be done after the fact, just a couple of touch ups on grout and painting, both are now complete.  We had extra hardware which she offered to install for no charge in our other bathroom, a nice touch. We would use her again, we are enjoying our new bathroom!  Remodeling is dusty and dirty, so my cleaning crew is coming next week. :-)

"I had a Shearling Suede Jacket of the highest quality. My daughter's cat had a UTI infection and pee'd all over it! It was smelly and badly damaged. I wasn't sure it could be cleaned especially back to its like new condition. I sent it UPS from the bay area to Premier Leather care. It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material.
