The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable, and again, very prompt. Customer Service is very important to me and theirs has been excellent. It cost us $4 a gallon and we filled up two tanks. We bought it but resold the paint. They prices were fair and was cheaper than swapping them out. They provided good advice about tanks and were very nice. They have adapters that would fit all the different types of propane gas tanks that people have. We don’t know about any other company and they are the only closest ones that we know. We did not want to swap them out because we don’t get a good value by swapping it out. If we had wanted them to get it out then would have done it for us; they have done it for us before. The last time we used them to fill three tanks for us which is not being smart; they informed me about it too. We have not used them for anything else other than propane. Their prices are not high compared to other people; their price is pretty good. They are really good in being responsive because if they say they would get to us then they do

The first person you ask might not know the answer to your question but they know the person that does know. Sometimes you might have to wait for that manager.

I have run out a couple of times over several years and, even though it was a holiday, they sent someone right out. If you do run out, they ensure that all of the systems are functioning properly again before they leave - all pilot lights lit, etc..

"Pro Staff Plumbing did a great job not only with the work itself but making myself, and my wife especially, feel at ease and comfortable with them, which is a big deal as some companies may talk down to women. They walked us through everything they were doing and why. In the end, even though there was not a trail of water from the wall to where the water was coming up in the room (because of that my first thought was a leak within the slab) the cause seemed to have been the tub spout leaking water back into the wall. Since they replaced that, and we cleaned up the water that was coming up in the adjacent room, there has not been a recurrence of new water appear.

"Home Depot sent out somebody to our house to get the work done. It looks like they did a good job. I have been very happy with them and I am very satisfied with their work. The people who came out were fine as well. They did everything that they were supposed to do. Home Depot communicated well with me and answered all my questions. I would go back to them for any work in the future. I am not sure about the prices that others charge. I liked the idea of Home Depot because if the insulation people didn't do the work properly, then I don't have to chase them down, but I can go to Home Depot and they would chase them down.
